I had a fabulous experience with Butterflies! They had an extensive selection and the prices were so reasonable. I thought the customer service was excellent! Sue was so pleasant to deal with and assisted me in finding my perfect dress and accessories. The seamstress did a beautiful job as well!

This place was unbelievable! I had 5 bridesmaids, I contacted the store to find out if they gave a discount because everyone would order through her, she said no, but she would give each girl a voucher for a 3 day/ 2 night stay at a couple different resorts throughout the country...that it would be a great gift, considering my girls were spending 280.00 on their dresses. Well when they went to get fitted they were not treated very well, but we had to use them b/c that was the only store in the Central Florida area that carried the dress I wanted. The girls went in 3 1/2 months before the wedding and they charged them each $35 for RUSH delivery, the lady never offered the voucher and when the dresses came in noone was called. Then they told my Maid of Honor that they called the bride and told the bride the dresses were in which was a lie b/c they had NO contact information for me,I live in Va, all of my bridesmaids live in FL, they had my MOH's contact numbers. Then my Maid of Honor didn't pick her dress for about after everyone else, and she received a nasty message saying "she needed to come get her dress, if it's there any longer she would be charged for storage". YES, it was an unbelieveable experience. After all this she charged extra for more material for 1 dress, and the dress was EXTREMELY TOO BIG, none of the dresses fit, they all had to be taken in and hemmed! I wrote to Susan after the wedding to express my feelings and unsatifisfaction and she NEVER even repsonded...That's bad customer service and bad business! I don't recommend any business for this lady!

Small, intimate store where you get personal attention. Good selection of dress styles but limited sizes available in store to try. When we first went there we took pictures of some of the dresses, which helped a great deal in my selection, however, they now have a sign posted prohibiting photos.

Alterations by Eleanor: Excellent job on my wedding dress and very good prices. However, my sisters' bridesmaids dresses, were altered slightly too small so they were squeezed all night.

I got my dress, bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos here. Even with all the business we brought to that shop the lady who owns the place was terrible! She lied to me about my dress telling me it would come hemmed on my rush order, which it didn't, and also saying that she already told her seamstress about me and she would be ready when the dress came in. the dress came in 2 weeks before the wedding, not hemmed and her seamstress was completely booked and had not even been told about me. A friend of mine recently got her dress there as well and said the lady was so rude to her too.
