Brandy is just wonderful; she stepped up to the challenge of working with me long distance. We had unique requests and she came through for us with flying colors. We really couldn’t have had much of a wedding at all if it wasn’t for her. She stayed in contact with me and kept me on track with our timeline. She made our table settings just beautiful and even dealt with a last minute beverage issue. Her warm and professional demeanor was very comforting during the stressful times. If you want someone who really cares about you, will listen to your needs and execute it all with complete professionalism then Brandy is your lady.
We came to Brandy with very unique ideas on how we envisioned our wedding. Brandy of Butterfly Brides was there for me 110%! Of course on any wedding days there tends to be some little mishaps here and there, I think without Brandy there as my day of coordinator, I would've stressed out more than I was already as a bride. I booked Brandy as my day-of coordinator about a month before the wedding. During that month Brandy checked on me frequently making sure I was okay and if I needed anything. On the day of Brandy and her team definetly took the stress of the wedding off of my shoulders and handled everything beautifully. Brandy set the site up exactly how I pictured it. It was GORGEOUS! They handled the rehearsal the day before and everyone knew what they were supposed to do the day-of. She handled the decor, cueing the DJ, keeping the wedding moving along the timeline and much much more! I couldnt imagine my day without Brandys help!

I originally called Brandy to find out if she could refer me to a good invitation printing company...in the end she was one of the most important people on my wedding day. I would have to say that Brandy's best quality is that she LISTENS!! Most people only HEAR you when you are talking, but Brandy actually LISTENS. She was a GREAT ear for me when I would ramble on about what I needed or what I thought I needed. She hooked up with my cousin and they worked GREAT as a team to get the food out, the decorations, the seating, the flowers...etc. I can't say enough about her professionalism or her truly friendly easy going nature. I would highly recommend Brandy to be the one to plan your wedding. Whether it's going to be a big lavish affair or a good ol' fashion backyard wedding, Brandy will get you through it in style!!!!

My educational background is in Interior Architecture & Design from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. I found that there was something missing and I wanted to explore more aspects of design and creativity. I've planned my own wedding nine years ago and helped many friends and family plan theirs. The best advice is to just to simply relax and enjoy your day. I have run into my fair share of Bride's who stress out on their wedding day. As long as you have a dedicated wedding professional by your side to help make sure things go right, then you won't have anything to worry about.
Always, express what you feel when hiring wedding professionals. If they cannot connect and help bring out your vision, find someone that will.
And lastly, don't hesitate to ask for help. Some brides feel that they dont need a planner until about 1 month before the big day and some planners might be booked by then. Just always know that if you are planning the entire event yourself and the venue does not have a site coordinator, you just might want to hire a "Day Of" coordinator to make sure that nothing gets left out.
