Rachel; what can you say about a simply amazing photographer, she was so creative and comfortable to work with at times I had to remind myself that she wasn’t part of the family. From the time I put on my dress, till I was walking out the door she was there snapping photos; not just ones of me and my husband (although we did allot of those as well) but of the family and environment too. She captured on film all the small details that were anguished over for months; moments I missed because I was busy being the bride, I get to relive through her photos. Simply put I couldn’t have asked for a more professional energetic creative person who loves what she does and it shines through in her work. I definitely see this being my go to girl for any portraits and future photo needs. Thank you Rachel for everything.

You wedding will receive full coverage with two lead photographers and our most booked collections include your high resolution images with rights. Absolutely. Light is one of the major components of photography and something that is critical to excellent images. We have worked in a wide variety of lighting conditions, including direct sun and dark venues.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We only book one wedding in one day. 

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes. We have a list of photographers that we trust to back us up in case of an emergency.

We offer full day collections

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We are human and breaks are necessary. We NEVER take a break when wedding coverage may be compromised. We ALWAYS have one photographer covering the event while the other breaks. We do require a meal at the wedding.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes. The travel charges are reasonable and fair.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online proofing in a personal gallery

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Gallery is available up to one year.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes. The client will receive a release to print and share for personal use.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes, all final images are given on a flash drive for bride and groom.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer a variety of heavy duty, high quality flush mount albums. We also offer wedding books made from all natural material.

When will the client get the final album?

2-3 weeks after final approval from bride & groom
