Jo Dee & Jordan with Cachet Wedding and Events were a dream come true for my husband and I. They took care of everything from start to finish and everything in between, especially all the little important details that can be overlooked in the whilrwind of the actual wedding day. What would I have done without these ladies! At first I was all about saving money and doing everything by myself or using family members. The amount of time you save by hiring these two ladies pays off! Involving family can lead to problems that most brides don't want to deal with...and if you plan on doing everything by yourself you will forget things...trust me! Plus, if you are doing all or most of the planning, you end up stressing over details that could be very insignificant in comparison to what the day is supposed to mean.
I don't think I would have enjoyed my wedding as much as I did without them. I was totally relaxed on my wedding day! They did things like set up centerpieces, arranged for our gifts to be placed in our room, called and organized plans with all our vendors, made schedules for us and all our vendors so everyone was on the same page, pinned my dress up when it began to drag too much, cleaned my train during pictures....they did A LOT!
I highly recommend these two ladies. If I could do things all over again I would have hired these two earlier! They are great and I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!!!

Whew, what a weekend! The wedding and reception were fabulous. I was extremely pleased at how well everything came together and how beautiful everything was. The wedding seemed flawless! Why Cachet? Cachet is run by wedding pros who work for you, not your site. Maybe your church or event site provides an event manager. Maybe your DJ says he will serve as your wedding coordinator. Then why do you need to hire Cachet? Site or vendor-provided wedding coordinators work with venues best interests in mind, not yours. They unlock the doors, turn on the lights, and do the bare minimum. But we will work for you. We know your bridesmaids’ names, we know your family’s quirks, and most importantly, we’re on your side. Cachet packages include two professional wedding coordinators. We work with only one bride per weekend, so you will have our undivided attention. All packages include two coordinators, dividing the responsibilities to make sure everything is covered at both your ceremony and reception sites. This is invaluable when your ceremony and reception are at different locations! We will be present at your event from beginning to end. Cachet will save you time and prevent mistakes. You’re busy. You work. You go to school. You have a very full and vibrant life. How will you possibly have the time to pull off a fabulous wedding? By bringing in Cachet to handle the details! You will take the center spotlight, while we do the work in the background. You retain control, and you make the decisions. Your wedding is about you, not us. We strive to be discrete and unobtrusive. We’ll be by your side when you need us, and stay in the background when it is your turn to shine. Cachet will minimize stress on your family and friends. Do you accept kickbacks from any vendors you refer? Do you mark up or keep a percentage of the vendor fees? No, we do not accept any commissions or kickbacks, nor do we mark up vendor fees. We feel this is unethical, and we’d rather pass any savings on to you!
What do you charge for your services? Since every event is different, a package will be custom designed for you. We begin with a complimentary, no-obligation consultation that takes place in the comfort of your own home or a mutually convenient location. We offer convenient evening and weekend appointments. During this initial meeting, we will discuss the type of event you envision and determine your unique planning needs. We will introduce our packages, and answer any questions you might have regarding our services. After the initial meeting, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate for the coordination and/or consulting services for your event.
Do you charge travel fees? For weddings and events outside of the Denver metro area, we will charge a small travel fee. This covers our lodging for two nights (standard for wedding weekends) and mileage. The amount will vary based on the event location.
How long have you been in business? We have been working on events together for more than 20 years on an informal basis. In 2004 we chose to officially incorporate our business. We are a legal, tax-paying limited liability corporation.
