This cafe bar was a great addition to our reception, and you should definitely use their service! They had the best coffee I've tasted state-side, for one. They also will dress however you wish. They can make any drink you can think of--think Starbucks and ask these guys. Plus, the company uses fair trade, shade grown, eco-friendly manufacturing, etc. whenever possible. They buy their espresso beans from an all-solar business in Washington. Fantastic. Tons of people said the coffee bar was an excellent touch!
The only down side: We had asked for more detailed menu to provide our guests, and they never got around to sending it our way.

About Cafe Evoke Catering
We are enthusiasts. Passionate about a few things: coffee, community and progression. Simple. We take pride in every drink we make and every smile and “thank you” we receive in return. For simplicity’s sake, take a look through our photo section and see what we do.

Deluxe Specialty Coffee Bar
This option includes everything: 16 gourmet flavorings, regular and decaf espresso, 3 milk choices, french pressed single origin coffee, seasonally available loose leaf tea, chai lattes, italian soda and more.
Traditional Espresso Bar
For those interested in a traditional look at espresso based drinks, this is for you! This option comes with regular espresso, 3 gourmet flavorings, whole and skim milk and french pressed coffee.
Pour Over Bar
This is one of our favorites. This bar gives you a chance to feature several different coffees from around the world. We brew every coffee to order for your guests using our Hario v60 pour over station.
Cold Brew Bar
This is the real cold brew: a 12 hour coffee brewing process that makes the coffee shine in the summer. With a bit of simple syrup and a dash of whole milk, this drink rocks it. This bar also comes with hand shaken fruit lemonades and iced tea.

FAQ for Cafe Evoke Catering
1. What do you do?
Café Evoke Catering specializes in setting up specialty coffee bars at events all across Oklahoma. We offer a full range of specialty beverages including specialty espresso drinks (mochas, lattes, cappuccinos, etc), lemonade, iced tea, chai, hot tea, hot chocolate, sipping chocolate, and french pressed coffee.
We provide decaf coffee and espresso along with 15 different flavor options on each bar which can also be expanded to include 26 flavors!
2. What are your requirements?
Café Evoke Catering is fully operating and self contained service. All we need is a 110v outlet (standard home outlet) and approximately 10’ x 10’ space (although we are as flexible with this as possible!). Our deluxe specialty coffee bar contains it’s own sink and water supply so we can set up wherever your event requires.
If the event is outside, Café Evoke Catering requires that we use our 10’ x 10’ white canopy tent or another provided covering in case of inclement Oklahoma weather occurs.
We provide everything else – condiments, cups, hot sleeves, baristas, and everything else needed to control and serve each coffee bar.

3. What type of events do you do?
We do events of all types – from one day events like wedding receptions, brunches, rehearsal dinners and house parties to reoccurring events like employee appreciations and customer appreciations. If there are people gathering, we can provide coffee.
4. How does pricing work?
At Café Evoke Catering, we believe fully in getting the small details out of the way as soon as possible – freeing you up to focus on your guests and enjoying your event. Each coffee bar is quoted on a 2 hour service time for a specialty coffee bar with a professional barista and unlimited drinks off our specialty coffee menu – we do not count cups and we do not charge you extra at the end. Period. There are no hidden fees!
Each additional hour of continued service, again with unlimited drinks, is $125.00.
Pricing is based on the following criteria:

*Small details (inside/outside set up, stairs, etc)
We will work out the time of service with you before your event. If you are not sure how long you need us beyond the initial two hours, we will contract it based on your preference – shut it down after 2 or keep going at our hourly rate. This will be determined prior to your event so that we do not have to bother you!
We never build in a tip – we leave that up to you!
5. Do you travel?
Yes! You tell us where to be and we will be there!
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
Café Evoke Catering gladly accepts all major credit cards, cash and checks
7. When do we pay?
To keep things simple, Café Evoke Catering requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of contracting to hold your coffee bar. The final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. That way, you are paid up and do not have to worry about one of us bugging your family or yourself for payment following your event.
8. Where do we find more information?
We'd love to have you over for coffee! We have a studio in OKC's Historic Plaza District and we love it with friends and clients come by. We can talk about your reception and get to know you better.
