Absolutely delicious! Very cute cake and LOVED my sunflower mints! People were asking me continuously who made the cake and the mints!

I chose Cakes by Carrie based on the reviews I saw on wedding Wire and was totally happy I did! She was very flexible and really nice! The cakes were beautiful and exactly what I wanted! Everyone loved them!! Thank You Carrie for helping to make my day perfect!!

The cake was GORGEOUS!! I couldn't believe it was my cake when I saw it. It was also very tasteful, moist and delicious. I would recommend Carrie to anyone. She was easy to work with and very affordable.

I would recommend Cakes by Carrie to anybody and everybody!!!! The first time we met with her she didn't mind that me, my fiance, my mom, future mother in law, and 3 sisters came with me. We sat with her for about 1 1/2 hours going through everything we wanted and designed the most BEAUTIFUL cake!!! My now husband wasn't sure what he wanted on his grooms cake and he didn't decide until 1 month before the wedding and changed his mind about 3 times in between and she was not upset with him at all!!! The wedding cake tasted so amazing and noboby ate the grooms cake because it was "too cute to cut up" according to all of our guests!! She did an amazing job and I can't praise her enough!!!

Wedding cake planning was the first of my tasks to complete, so my memory isn't as clear as my other vendors. I do know it was stress free. We planned everything in the initial visit so their were some mis-communications along the way about some simple details ( delivery fees, times and ribbon for the cake) but they were handled with minimul stress. She set the cake up and put my flowers on it, it tasted great and it served the number of people she recommended, and people came back for seconds and we didn't have enough! So it was well liked by my guests. I would suggest ordering more than anticipated to allow for bigger slices and seconds if needed! Over all Carrie was an excellent vendor for the cost of cake. I ordered a simple three layer cake, but she has the skill to complete the most complex ideas you have! Thanks Carrie

Cakes by Carrie did a great job of creating a cake that complimented our special day.

I stumbled across Cakes by Carrie on weddingwire.com and this was the happiest discovery of my wedding planning experience. She was extremely easy to work with and created a cake for us based off of a Martha Stewart design. The cake was beautiful and, even more importantly, delicious!

Carrie was extremely professional and delivered the cake promptly on the day of the wedding. It was exactly what we wanted. Carrie's prices are also extremely fair and we plan to do business with her again. I've already recommended her services to friends who are planning their weddings. Try her- you will not be disappointed!

Carrie is the nicest lady!....Our cake was so delicious and Carrie was super to work with. I went to her with no idea of what I wanted, and she helped me decide on a fabulous cake! It was so moist and tasted like it just came out of the oven! I was so happy to find her - The Flower Factory referred me to her, and I am so glad they did! I just loved how she took care of me like I was her own daughter! I am calling her for all my cake needs from now on! You really must call her!

We got so many compliments on our wedding and grooms cakes. It was so easy working with Carrie, she had wonderful knowledge and ideas. We got the cakes that we wanted for a great price, a steal really!! Not only were the cakes beautiful and unique they were delicious. Overall I was very happy with the cake. It was a fun little cake and tasted good too. Carrie was very flexible and patient with my forgetfulness as well so that was a definite plus. I would recommend her to others.

Carrie was a complete joy to work with. She was easy to talk with as we described what we wanted the cake to be and what price range we were comfortable with. She listened well to our desires and created a beautiful cake and groom's cake that added so much to our reception display. The entire process was stress free and professional. When we showed up at the reception, the cake table was perfectly set up. Oh! And the cake was delicious, too. We had a wide variety--spice, strawberry, and white--and we had positive feedback on all of them (especially the strawberry!). We would highly recommend Cakes by Carrie for your wedding day celebration.

Carrie was great! I gave her a picture i printed from a website and we tweaked the cake to fit my needs. She was great in offering ot make sheet cakes to save money. My mother in law was thrilled by how inexpensive the grooms cake was. I had more compliments on the cake's appearence and the taste than anything else! The reception manager said it was the best cake he'd ever tasted!
