Claudette is a family friend who is launching her own company. She does excellent work with buttercream and can make an amazing tasting cake (from scratch!). She does not know how to work with fondant, so if you insist on having fondant, go with someone else. However, she can recreate most fondant items in buttercream. Because she is just starting her own business, her prices are excellent!
