What additional services do you provide?

Do you provide customary cakes, such as Croquembouche?
Yes
Are you licensed by the state health department?
Yes
Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
Yes. We provide consultation at a fee of $25 which will be applied to your order if you sign a contract.
What are your tasting hours?
Tastings are generally held Mon - Thur. We can also accomadate Fiday and Saturday appointments if time allows us to sit with you, since those are the busiest days in the bakery.
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Wedding cakes start at $3.50 per serving for Buttercream and $5.00 per serving for Fondant. This rule also applies to all stacked ( tiered ) special occasion cakes. i.e Birthday's, Shower's, etc. We require a minimum 100 servings for Wedding cakes.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
Each cake is custom and priced on a case by case basis. Sculpted cakes start at $75 with a minimum of 30 servings.There are a variety of things to keep in mind when we design very intricate cakes, such as complexity of design, amount of servings and of coarse the time needed for us to create your cake. We want to give you the best quality of work, so please keep this in mind when you want us to make very detail oriented cakes.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
Various Filling and fruits are available. Please call for your special flavor.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Each order is a custom order, so we would have to see your specific needs to know how far in advance we need to start on your order.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
we rent various kinds of cake accessories. Please call the shop for details.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery starts at $40
