I didn't want the traditional bride's cake, and my husband didn't want the traditional groom's cake. When I told Karen I wanted a purse for the bride's cake, and a twinky and mug of beer for the groom's cake, she didn't blink an eye! She made both cakes, plus three large sheet cakes, for a more than reasonable price. With everything she did, Karen was detailed, professional and generous! All of the cakes came out ridiculously amazing! People are still talking about how amazing the cakes looked and tasted!

I was thoroughly impressed with Karen's design of our grooms cake. The only reason she got a 4 was because it was such a difficult cake to ask for. I have seen much of her other work and it is fabulous. We asked for a C130 (military) plane to be made into a cake - surely it was not an easy task. She delieverd to cake to us early in the day and was very professional and excited to take on the task. Pricing was also great! We had a sheet cake under the modeled airplane cake and it only cost us about 350.00 which included the 1 hr drive for delivery. If you are looking for the unique cake design - don't hesitate to ask her. She has SEVERAL unique and traditional cake flavors to choose from.

I wanted the cake to be amazing, and I was even willing to cut back on my dress budget for an amazing cake. Taste is important, but I also wanted something cool done with fondant. We chose this bakery because they had a great review in the paper. The consultation with Karen took an hour. She told me the consultation went faster because I had pictures of what I wanted. Karen was able to get me what I wanted, and the cake was beautiful. I loved it.
