Manal did an absolutely perfect cake for our wedding this past Saturday. I was floored by the quality and detail that she put into our cake. Our cake tasted fantastic as well. the whole package was so worth the money plus even more! I would have spent thousands of dollars on the cake that she had made for us, it was that great of quality. She was extremely prompt with the delivery of the cake, she was extremely professional with our correspondances and replied fast to our questions, ideas and everything that we needed/ wanted. She made our dream wedding cake into a reality and it exceeded everything that was in our minds for our cake. I would recommend Manal for every cake need, be it weddings, showers or just because you want one. She made everything perfect, all of our guests were amazed by our cake it became the centerpiece of our reception :)

Manal created an incredibly beautiful four-tier cake for our wedding. It was not only gorgeous, but it was delicious. Many people at our wedding raved about our cake! Manal was so easy to work with--she is friendly, professional, and she truly has a passion for making wedding cakes. I also really appreciated how quickly she got back to me if I had a question for her. She worked with our budget and she really wanted to make us a cake that we would love. And we loved it!! I would strongly recommend her for your wedding cake.

I wanted to be a Pastry Chef from the time I was about 10. By the time I was 15, I was working
at bakeries after school for free to learn the art of baking and cake decorating. At the age of 18, I
went into the Art Institute of New York, where I got my baking and pastry art certification. After
that, I took an internship at the famous Bouley Bakery in NYC, and after that, I took jobs at
bakeries and off premise caterers as well as promoting my business by word of mouth.
I prefer not to make the same cake twice. If you happen to like a cake i have done in the past, I
wont duplicate it, but I would take parts of that certain cake and make a very special one of a
kind cake for you. Not only do I offer cakes for every occasion, but I do also offer cookies,
cupcakes, dessert buffets, and classic french, american and italian pastries.
