I loved all of my rentals; chivari chairs, linens, and glasswear. The only downside was many of the chairs came dirty and we had to wipe down quite a few, and well as a few were almost broken. but overall good service and i would recommend their service.

I had the pleasure of working with Encore Rentals for our October 6th wedding. I absolutely LOVED everything we rented, from the table linens, to the glassware and silverware! Also the cool wine barrells we rented that were used as a Cigar Bar was a huge hit! I worked with Heather and she was amazing! She helped me with picking colors that would work best with our venue, she understood my style and helped me come up with amazing ideas! Encore Rental was professional, helpful and a joy to work with. I have since rented from Encore for 2 bridal showers! I would highly recommend them.
Everyone worked with us for over a year to get all of our rentals together for our wedding. Even though we made many changes throughout the process everything was delivered and our wedding looked amazing. The wine bar and the linens made everything feel like an old Italian wedding.
I recently rented items from Encore for my destination wedding in Sonoma....they were very easy to work with, made that part of planning a breeze for me :) I can't express how amazing it was to have things flow smoothly!! Planning from out of state is hard enough but, to have honest help like what I received from Encore was very appreciated!
Encore Events did an amazing job for us for our wedding. We rented everything from tables and chairs to linens and heaters. They were responsive, courteous and professional. They came out to assess the site and drew up a detailed lay-out for the day of event. Their prices, while slightly higher than another local company, but still fair and because of their initial professional responsiveness, I chose them. My only complaint was that the delivery team was not up to speed on the lay-out and I had to go through all of that again with them. Our event manager did contact me and apologized for the confusion. Overall, Encore did a great job! Highly recommend them.
We visited Encore Events to select tablecloths on two occasions. The first time we were there they seemed to not want to be bothered by us being there. They tried to help us over the counter without getting up or giving suggestions on what to do. We found a tablecloth that we really liked for the cake table however we were told it was way to big and could not use it. We left not ordering anything but after looking around for other options we returned. The second visit was much better. A different gal was there and was able to help us make our selections and guess what? The table cloth that we wanted for the cake table did come in the right size! It was a relief to get what we needed ordered. When I arrived to pick up the order a couple of days before the event they loaded the car and said we were good to go. However the half table that we ordered was not there. Though they tried to get the table delivered the same day I had to come back the following day to pick up the table.

Encore Rentals was very easy to work with. I needed to rent all my linens, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and silverware. I worked with Kristen, who was extremely helpful, and fun to work with. I was changing things up to the last minute, and she was attentive and understanding.
Great combination of selection, price, and service. Other companies we evaluated either had good prices but a very limited selection, or an extensive selection coming at significantly higher rates. With Encore, we were able to get the luxury linens we wanted without paying for overpriced basic rental items.
Encore is amazing, I shopped around at a couple different rental places in Sonoma County and I am so glad I chose Encore. The second you walk in you can tell they have everything and they have great staff to help you make your big day perfect for a really reasonable price and they deliver! I am really picky and they completely met my standards, all of their glassware and silverware are in perfect shape unlike some other places that look like they sat in the dishwasher too long. They helped make my wedding beautiful and exactly what I wanted!
I would highly recommend Encore Events Rentals for all of your rental needs. They were extremely helpful with ideas for our layout. They were great with colors and knew what place settings, tables and chairs would complement our venue and colors best. I would definitely use them for future events.
I would highly recommend encore events and rentals for any wedding. Not only were they incredibly helpful with all of our rental needs, they were also very accommodating. Our order was constantly changing and they were alway there to help us. In addition we need a few more things very last minute (day before the wedding) and they were able to add them to our order and have them available for immediate delivery.
I received linens, plates, and pretty much everything from encore minus a photobooth. They were great and Sara was very helpful. Thanks for awesome service and punctuality! Everything went very smoothly.
We had a backyard wedding of 200 people and had to rent all tables, dishes, silverware, lighting, heaters, etc from Encore Events. They were so great to work with and were always okay with changes or additions as we got closer to the wedding day. Everything arrived early on the day before the wedding so we had plenty of time to set up and they picked everything up a couple days later so we had plenty of clean up time. Very organized and high quality rentals.
The showroom is breathtaking, the quality of linens is amazing and the prices can’t be beat. 5 star wedding vendor all the way!!

I got the BEST service from Cal West Rentals. Other companies wouldn't rent me a dance floor for the beach, wouldn't deliver on a Sunday (even for an extra fee), etc. Cal West not only rented me a dance floor but also figured out a microphone and speaker system so we could be heard over the waves. They not only delivered on Sunday, the delivery guy STAYED the WHOLE time, set up the dance floor, and even helped us keep sand off of the floor. I've never had such incredible service in my life. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
Calwest is a great rental company that can help you with all your needs. They offer low prices and can recommend vendors for other areas of your wedding. For ideas and tips on wedding decor I would recommend calling and making sure Bridget is there. She is helpful, listens, and offers ideas when asked. She is also great on showing you all your options....there are a lot of them too!
We really enjoyed working with Cal West Rentals! They even helped us find our wedding venue!! Bridget and her team are very responsive and helpful. If they didn't offer a product we were looking for, they would help us find the item. They are also very affordable and are priced competively to other local rentals companies. Our ceremony and reception were held outdoors at a private home. Needless to say, we needed to bring in every stitch of the party. Cal West helped us make our wedding happen! Thank you!!

What have weddings taught you?
With all the different wedding trends, one thing we have learned is that every wedding is unique. Weddings are not traditional anymore but each wedding is customized to the bride and groom and every detail of their wedding is about them, their families and their friends.
What is the best advice you give to a couple when planning their wedding?
This day should be special to you. Don't do what everyone says to you, or what the current trend is. Choose vendors who help you create this perfect day and that will help you to create lasting memories.
