We used Camelot for our wedding and I would recommend.

Camelot Limos was a great choice for our wedding day. They have so many options to choose from which definitely helps to suit anyone's needs. We used the party bus which was a spacious and helped to get the party started after the wedding ceremony! I highly recommend Camelot Limos...but book early because they can fill up quick due to such great service!

Camelot Limos was amazing for my March 23 wedding. We had a 20 passenger escalade, a 1947 Cadillac, a service car for our parents to take them from the hotel to the reception, and a service car to take us to the airport the next day for our honeymoon. Each driver was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They kept my photographers on track so that we weren't running late for anything, as well. Each driver not only came on time, but were EARLY. In fact, the driver of the Cadillac came so early I wasn't sure who he was at first! When the priest at the ceremony told me that I was not allowed to have the doors to the church closed and re-opened before my entrance (you know, the big moment that every bride dreams of and pictures in their mind over and over again when planning a wedding), both drivers re-assured me that it would be taken care of. They handled the doors at the ceremony and gave me the moment I always imagined of seeing my fiance at the end of aisle for the first time.

When dealing with the staff at Camelot they were wonderful. Every time I made an addition or revision to the plan, they sent me a new contract via email within minutes. It made me extremely confident and re-assured that everything would go according to plan. Which it did!

My husband and I used Camelot limos and they did an excellent job. The limo driver was at the house before the pick up time. The driver was dressed professionally. He was very respectful and did everything that our contract had in it. Everything was excellent. The owner worked with us and did an excellent job giving us the best for our special day.

The best limo company ever!!! Very friendly and easy people to work with. I had gotten a limo for me and my bridesmaids, then 2 weeks before the wedding we needed one more limo for my husband and his guys, and they were able to assist us with a limo in such short notice. We were beyond thrilled when working with them throughout the entire process. I have found the sales team and the office staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We booked the new 18 passenger Audi, which was beautiful and our driver was so professional and extremely helpful to me that day. He arrived early and was there whenever I needed him. When we arrived at the church, he went inside to check on everything, which I really appreciated. Our only issue was with the groomsmen’s limo – we booked a simple 10 passenger black stretch for the guys to pick them up and drop them off at the church. Im not sure what happened here, but apparently this car was a piece of junk. It was hot, and made a lot of noise and was extremely dirty and smelly. I was very disappointed to hear this from our guys, but they made it to the church on time and it didn’t break down lol. Overall I would definitely use them again and we were very happy with our experiences there.

We used Camelot for a limo to transport the bridal party to our reception/ceremony site, as well as two shuttle vans for guests staying at the hotel (before and after wedding). Because our reception was booked with Sandcastle caterers, they gave us a car for free, just for the bride and groom after the wedding. Anytime we had questions, they were quick with a response. All drivers were on time and pleasant.

It took me forever, but I did want to write a review of my wedding vendors and those that even helped out after the wedding!

So, My husband and I got married on November 2, 2012 - 4 days after Hurricane Sandy, which was also the height of the gas shortage on Long Island and in New York.

Camelot Limos were true professionals, absolutely loved them and their drivers, and they had no problem during the gas shortage. THANK GOD! We couldn't have made it...

I was very happy with the service Camelot provided. The drivers were so sweet and at the end of the night we (bride and groom) were able to get a car to come back for us to give us a ride home. There was a mixup with who had our house keys so he waited an extra 20 minutes.

My husband and i got married Oct 14th 2012. Camelot Limo team were all friendly they made you feel very welcome. they helped you pick out the right limos for your special day. each drive that we had for the day were all so nice and smiling and helped with anything we needed. I recommend them 1000%

A friend referred us to Camelot for our wedding limo and we were so happy with the service they provided. The drivers were friendly and professional. They arrived early at each location and took care of all of our needs including making sure my dress looked good before i walked down the aisle. Camelot was flexible in the types of transportation needed as we required transportation for our guests and needed to arranged shuttle bus services from the church to the reception.

Everything was great with Camelot - it was raining the day of our wedding and the driver walked everyone out of my house individually with a huge umbrella to make sure we didn't get wet! He was very prompt also (early I think, I was barely ready when he got there!). Also they were very flexible on price with me which I appreciated. My only complaint was that the "champagne" in the limo wasn't real champage it was some sparkling wine stuff that was pretty gross, but we had our own so it was ok :-P

Joe is one of the most professional men I have met. He is serious about his business and makes customer service his priority.

We had many changes and Joe was incredibly patient, his staff is friendly and great at what they do. If there is a slight change, they automatically revised the contract and emailed the next day.

Their limos are top notch, clean and so is their party bus that fits the size of an army, which is great since our bridal party was just that many people!

Our Rolls Royce was comfortable and our driver Barbara was awesome! She even made a pit stop and went into a store to help me get "Shout" for my dress that became dirty from pictures taken in the park.

I was told by my bridal party that they loved the party bus equip with lights and music!

Camelot limos is definitely recommended if you want beautiful, clean cars with out the worrying. The limo and phantom came earlier than schedule. The drivier i had for the phantom was awesome. He was very helpful. I didn't really work with the limo driver but from what i heard he took the long way to the grooms house and actually made it to the church five minutes before i did when they left an hour before i did. yes they did make a stop to pick up groom but he lives five mintues from the church so its about the same. apparently he took a known traffic route and got stuck in traffic while we were cruising away lol. Hey they got there before i did so everything worked out fine good thing my driver knew not to take that way otherwise i've would've been late. All in all we got to the church on time so thumbs up. AFter that i heard he was rushing the bridal party at the hotel and said "I'm only getting paid til 5:30" THat was a little unprofessional and thats why i gave that four stars. In a whole im sure thats an isolated incident and i still strongly recommend this limo company. We had a car service set up to take us home from hotel next day and bring us to airport the following day and both drivers were ontime and professional.

We were married over a month ago and the day went perfect.

Camelot was on time like they said they would be. The drivers were very friendly and went with the flow. We had a stretch Navigator that took our groom and groomsmen first and then came back to our hotel to pick up the bridesmaids. I didn't even know that was an option until Joe told us we could do that so we didn't have to get another limo. My father and I drove to the venue in a Rolls Royce and it was absolutely beautiful. We almost didn't get the Rolls Royce because of our budget but he saw how much I really wanted it and gave us a great price.

We also used them for a shuttle for our guests from Port Chester, NY to the venue and back and they were great. Our guests were so relieved they didn't have to drive to and from and said the ride was great. Great driver, on time and the van was great as well.

I had so many questions leading up to the wedding too and the staff was so helpful and completely understood me being a neurotic bride. They were answered everything with a smile (even the questions I may have asked more than once) and I would hang up the phone feeling that everything would be taken care of.

Would definitely use them again and highly recommend...

There is nothing else to say other than that Joe is beyond amazing to deal with. The week before our wedding we ended up needing to add a lot more transportation and Joe was able to accommodate all of our last minute requests and of course his drivers were great!

Everyone at Camelot really knew what we were looking for. They didn't push certain cars on us, or try to make us buy more than we needed. We went to see other Limo company's and Camelot was just the most respectful, open, and available. They let you get into each limo before you book so you can see exactly what you would be getting the day of. They are personable and friendly. The morning of our wedding our driver was so helpful. He carried my dress for me and took really made sure to take good care of it. It was raining, so he carried an umbrella to help us to the car. But he didn't just hold the umbrella for the bride. He held it for my mother, grandmother, aunt, and all the girls in my party. They showed up early, and kept us on our time schedule. It was easy to reach them and they did an outstanding job. We loved them so much we recommended them to my brother and his fiance. Now we are going to have two Camelot weddings in one year.

Great Limo Company...friendly staff!!!...I had the Audi Q7 and I loved it!!!

Camelot went above and beyond on our special day. My parents and I, and then my husband, were driven in a Princess Rolls Royce by Frankie. Frankie was great from the minute our day started with him until we had to say goodbye. He had me and my parents laughing on the way to the church and when it began to downpour at our outdoor photo site, he made sure that my husband and I stayed dry, and more importantly, laughing. The driver who drove my bridal party and parents around was just as accommodating. He walked every single one of them individually into the limo with an umbrella, one at a time. They did everything to make sure that we all stayed calm and again more importantly, happy. I would recommend them over and over again.

Camelot arrived early got us to all our destinations with time to spare. The only thing I could say is to do a little bit of an update on their radio controls in the limo (music always calms an anxious bride down) but the company was very good at making sure they had all the necessary information on time to make our transportation as seamless as possible.

I really liked them. We had the new audi limo and it was nice. Our driver Eric was great. The only negative comment was that the A/C was not working in the limo. It was so hot!

We rented a party bus for our bridal party and family and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We were so comfortable! Eric, our limo driver, was on time for everything and I was walking down the aisle promptly at 3:00pm. At the end of the night we were surprised with a Bentley to take us back to our hotel. Joe, thank you for such an incredible surprise! It really was a great way to end our night.

All I can say is that Camelot Joe is AMAZING! They met competitor prices and even upgraded a few of my limos the day of. We needed many limos to shuttle family for our wedding, and unfortunately our wedding day was almost packed solid. Joe did EVERYTHING he could to help us out. Whenever I called and asked to speak with Joe, I was always able to talk to him. If he was busy he would always call back. A week before they called and went through each limo and pickup time to ensure that the contract was correct. Having a reliable limo company for any event is crucial. Joe's team should up 15 minutes early to each of our locations for pick-ups and the drivers were all top-notch. Any bride using Camelot will rest easy knowing that she wont have to worry about limos showing up on time! Go with Camelot JOE!

I booked the limousine the weekend before our Monday wedding, yet the folks at the office were very efficient and helpful, and got me set with just the right car fairly quickly. Don was our limo driver, and he arrived to pick us up about an hour earlier than scheduled. He was very polite and attentive, helping me with my dress, and making sure I was comfortable at all times. He even took the extra step in making sure that the aisle runner in the Church (provided by another company) was securely taped to the floor before the ceremony started.

Camelot was great! We worked with Joe to select and finalize our transportation. We ended up booking the party bus for our bridal party and the Rolls Royce Phantom for the bride & groom. Our bridal party loved the party bus and I'm definitely happy we chose the Phantom to have a few private moments before heading into our reception. Our drivers were prompt and accommodating- making multiple stops throughout NYC so we could capture our wedding fotos. I would definitely recommend Camelot!

I had set up a 14 person van to shuttle my guests from my wedding ceremony to reception site and then after the event to a designated central drop off spot in Manhattan. I paid a set fee for up to two hours of time with unlimited mileage. I heard from my friends who used the service that Andy, the driver, was just a really nice guy. He arrived timely to both pick ups and drop offs. Andy really went the extra mile and dropped off all of my guests right to their door (multiple Manhattan locations and one in Brooklyn Heights). I was really impressed by this as the driver could have easily dropped my guests off at the central location and just relaxed until the two hours was over. When I called Camelot to speak directly to Andy and thank him, he was quite friendly and even mentioned that he found two umbrellas in the shuttle at the end of the night and had already spoke to the two passengers who had left them. It's nice to know that people are honest. Thank you Camelot and thank you Andy. PS- My friend with a broken foot and cane really appreciated the extra effort!

OMG working with Joe is great!!! He gave us a good deal on our limos and they were on time, clean and the driver was friendly. For our pick up limo we had originally gone with the princess rolls royce and they upgraded us to the phantom and we had a champagne toast at the end. It was gorgeous. I was going to the movies after my wedding and there was traffic, but our driver got us there with some time to spare! I can't imagine going with any other limo company!

I had heard a lot of horror stories when it came to limo companies, so this one the one particular about my wedding that I was the most nervous about. From the moment that I got on the phone with Joe, I knew that he would be the guy to take care of my transportation on such an important day. I ended up getting four cars through camelot; 21 pass infinity, 14 pass navigator, rolls royce, and a sedan at the end of the night. All the cars and all of the drivers were outstanding. The cars were exactly as promised, on time and in good condition. The drivers were all so wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful, which made the day and traveling so much easier! Camelot truly delivered on their promises the day of our wedding. They were very punctual, our drivers were helpful and professional and we had absolutely no worries the day of our wedding about transportation (which was priceless). One thing about Camelot that we loved is that whenever you call, the person answering the phone is always so courteous and helpful, unlike another limo we had called where the person answering the phone sounded like we were wasting his time. Joe was really easy to work with. I like that they did not include gratuity automatically in their price. Our limo was fantastic - we booked the Cadillac Escalade. Our limo driver was very professional. He also arrived 30 minutes early and just waited until we were ready. At one point, my photographer was trying to capture a shot of me sitting in the limo, but the lighting wasn't good, so our driver went over and opened up the windows and the trunk to help out. He was courteous and we tip him more than the "standard" 15% because of that. We would highly recommend Camelot Limos.

I booked Camelot for my October 2011 wedding one year in advance since I knew they were in high demand. We met with Joe and he was wonderful. We booked the 1947 cadillac and two lincoln navigators (black and white). I requested Rich as my driver and we was wonderful as well. Rich made sure I was calm and even assigned himself as my personal wedding coordinator for the day. The limos were clean and beautiful. My friend is getting married in October of 2014 and I made sure to recommend them to her.

WE USED THE PHANTHOM AND THE INFINITY THOSE CARS JUST ADDED TO THE ELEGANCE OF OUR WEDDING. EVERYONE WAS IN AWE WHEN WE PULLED UP IN THE CREAM COLORED PHANTHOM TO OUR RECEPTION. THE DRIVERS WERE SO ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS AMAZING AND THERE WAS NOTHING MORE WE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR IN TRANSPORTATION. THE COMPLIMENTARY CARE WAS APPROPRIATELY SIZED FOR ALL OF THE THINGS WE HAD TO BRING HOME AFTER THE WEDDING. FRANKIE WAS WONDERFUL AND FUNNY. Camelot was the first limo company I contacted because of such great reviews and it was a recommended vendor by my reception hall (Jericho Terrace.) Hubby and I met with Joe, one of the owners, and sat down and talked about the little details we knew at that time of our wedding. Joe was so great in suggesting cars to us and reading what personalities we had and what we were looking for. My hubby is very into cars and Joe knew what he wanted and put us in the exact cars we pictured ourselves to be in. He worked with me on changing my itinerary around when I booked my pictures location and it all went smoothly. The day of my wedding, they arrived early and were very professional looking! The bentley drove my maid of honor and myself to west bury gardens and we couldn't believe how much we looked the female driver over a male! She basically laughed with our jokes and was able to ask all the right questions and make me feel at ease by getting my drink and helping with my dress. She was amazing and so was the whole Camelot experience.

Booked the phantom, stretch, infinity, and escalade limos with Joe for my wedding he was great and worked with me on prices. From then on out Jill was in contact with me regularly and she was great and very professional, there to answer any questions I had. LOVED Camelot! We booked on the spot since we felt so comfortable from our first meeting. On the day of the wedding, the limos arrived clean and early and the drivers were exceptional. Professional, helpful, and just so kind. Camelot called to confirm all of our details and even offered us an upgrade. Our Rolls Royce Driver, Kevin was exceptional. He helped us all get into church and the hall and get organized, helped my mom locate her purse, was very patient and we were happy to see his familiar face picking us up at the end of the night in our complimentary ride to our hotel. We had camelot limos for our wedding!! they were FANTASTIC!! they came ON TIME! very professional and friendly. they even helped my groomsmen with pinning their flowers. they are not just limo drivers they help you at the ceremony. they guided the bridal party down the aisle and they kept me calm when I was about to walk down the aisle. They fluffed out my train when I was about to walk down the aisle. There was MASSIVE traffic on every highway but somehow they got us everywhere on time! the limo drivers felt like family! the reason why I gave a 4.5 was because they never told me when I signed the contract that the rolls royce A/C does not work good since its from 1963! I did not know that I am not car savvy and my wedding was in June! I would have gotten the phantom instead if I would have known that. SO SUMMER BRIDES IF YOU GET A OLD SCHOOL ROLLS ROYCE PLEASE FIND OUT IF THE A/C WORKS! overall they were excellent.

Excellent price for a Rolls Royce and a 13 passenger Lincoln Navigator with a car for the bride and groom at the end of the reception. Extremely courteous and professional drivers, they were very considerate! Set-up the aisle runner at the church, helped me with my dress's train and popped the champagne for a toast after the marriage! We had such a nice smooth ride from the church to the caterers that I have to admit I took a little nap with the new hubby in the back seat, lol, planning a wedding sure does take a lot out of you!

Great crew, clean cars. They were on time and provided great service. I booked the Bentley and 2 stretch navigators with them. Everyone loved it. The only thing is that they forgot to name the stretch limos that I specifically requested because I made seating arrangements based on that. Oh well. That's something that I can let go of.

I loved Camelot from the moment I called them for an appointment. Joe was so helpful and enthusiastic, and every one of his employees is the same. The limos were spotless and the drivers arrived early. They treated us like gold and were extremely friendly and professional. Our driver to the hotel after the reception also dropped us at the airport and picked us up. Kenny: Thank you for making everything so easy. Our flight was delayed coming home. Kenny took the time to get my cell # and call me to tell me not to worry about calling him with updates: he would check our landing time and be there whenever that was. I was thrilled with Camelot, and Kenny has so much to do with that. The company really made the day special with great service and a bonus champagne toast in front of the church - so cool!

Loved working with Camelot! We had the Infiniti and the rolls royce. Great fleet clean and working perfectly. The Infiniti was late to pick up the girls but it was a rare saturday where there was alot of traffic so I cant hold it against the driver. The drivers were great! I would def recommend them and I would use them again in the future!

I booked Joe when I first met him. He made me feel at ease and i knew he would come through for us and did he ever. I used his services a few months before the wedding for a friends birthday and he gave us a free upgrade. The limos were clean and looked amazing. The day of the wedding was even better. the cars were on time and looked even better than when i saw them in the garage. The drivers were so nice and helpful with everything. We had a 47 cadillac and my husband and i rode in that and the bridal party was in a limo. Our driver was so nice. Our driver at the end of the night was great also. Joe's prices are amazing and he really works with your budget.

What can I say about Camelot Limos, and their exceptional service. First of all for the price and service you can't beat Camelot. This was the only vendor that I did not shop around with because of their reputation, I just went straight there. I met with them several times, and Joe was able to work on an amazing line up of 4 limos in the budget (princess rolls, phantom rolls, stretch infiniti and escalade) I wanted and threw in free cars and pick and drop offs for my family plus sent a stretch limo for my husband and I to the airport the following morning on the house. I was more than pleased with their service, limos were clean, drivers were fun and courteous and they don't hassle you about overtime, and they arrive early. These guys were the BEST!
The only problem was the party bus driver didn’t really know where he was going when we left the church to go to the reception hall. He took a really long and out of the way route there AND missed the turn for the place! We missed out on some nice pictures because the sun was setting fast, but our photog was cool and took a lot of night shots.
The classic car driver (Ritchie) and the Navigator driver (Paul?) were both really cool and fun guys. We actually feel really bad, my mother in law only gave those guys $20 each for tip! We’re going to head over to Camelot and make sure those 2 get an extra $50 each. The deserve AT LEAST that.

Camelot Limos was excellent. They were there on time and got us where we needed to be on time. The limos themselves were clean and stocked with champagne. The drivers were courteous. Couldn't have asked for better.

On our wedding we road in sure luxury people thought we were Jay-z and Beyonce.We had tuxedo Navi a RR Phantom for a great price one we couldn't refuse. The service was great, we was not treated like we were just drop off. We used Camelot for our wedding and transport to and from the airport for our honeymoon. When we met with Joe we loved his honesty. Joe told us straight out since he had to send the Rolls Royce out so far that he would have to charge us a little more and that we would defiantly get a better price somewhere else. We heard so many good things about this company and about Joe that we decided it was worth the extra money. We were so glad we went with them, the cars were on time and clean, & the drivers were really nice. For the honeymoon we thought we were going to get picked up in a town car, but Joe surprised us with a stretch limo. Also on the way back from our honeymoon my husband told them the time our plane was going to depart instead of arrive, but luckily Camelot realized the mistake. If you are looking for a professional company who is reliable, then Camelot is the way to go.

Joe from Camelot was great to work with. His staff was always very friendly and courteous when I called and when we met, DH and I knew we were booking them. Their vehicles were clean and in great condition. We felt confident that they would be wonderful the day of and they were.

The day of our wedding our driver was Anthony. He arrived early, and we were late, but he was friendly, had a big smile on his face and helped where he could. He made sure to give us his mobile number so we were always in contact. We booked a 2009 black party bus but Joe upgraded us to a 2010 white limo party bus and it was perfect. It was a big hit for all of us, nice and comfortable with no one on top of each other. We used the bus to shuttle guest from the hotel block to the RH and then booked the same party bus to shuttle our guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening. It truly became the PARTY bus with our crazy family and friends. Anthony stopped at the store to pick up beverages with no problem and really was great to our guests. You will not be disappointed with them!!

I wanted to surprise my dad on the day of my wedding with an amazing car.That is what everyone rents, I didn't want to be everyone. I searched on-line and found Camelot Specialty Limos.They were SO easy to work with, and got back to you in a timely manner.The day of the wedding, was amazing. The car is simply stunning, in immaculate condition, and yes, even has AC. After our ceremony, we came out to the car and were greeted with a red carpet and bottle of champagne. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Camelot Specialty Limos.

Camelot had the cleanest cars around & had the 47 cadillac I wanted! They were on time & got us where we needed to be in a timely fashion. We still use Camelot to this day for rides to the airport, etc...

Very nice and professional. We got a 1947 Cadillac and it was awesome. Our drivers were so nice and personable. We used them for my bachelorette party, wedding, and drive to the airport for the honeymoon.

We loved Camelot. They were flexible and accomodating, even when we had to add limos the week of the wedding. They arrived early, they were helpful at the church and while taking pictures. My bridal party and our families were pampered in their Lincoln Navigator Limos!

Everything I heard about Joe at Camelot was absolutly true. I booked him over the phone after talking to a bunch of limo companies. He was funny, laid back and a great help with all my wedding planning needs. Also a great value. I highly recommend to anyone!

The people at Camelot were fantastic! Our Reception was in New Hyde Park, while our ceremony was in Manhattan on a Friday night. They got us in and out of the city, packed in my photographers and videographers to save time, and drove us whereever we needed to go while in Manhattan. Our driver even made a must needed emergency bathroom stop for me on the way back to our reception site. The drivers were wonderful and so were the people who work there. Highly recommend this vendor to anyone who wants a family business, without hassel of being pushed around.

Joe runs a tight ship and it pays off! This family run operation gets most of its clients from word-of-mouth -- and their business is blowing up. They are amazingly organized (they confirmed everything with me 3x times to make sure I didn't have any changes) and the drivers were helpful, friendly and EARLY! I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Camelot Limos was exceptional. They were professional and helpful. Joe (the owner) was willing to answer any questions and very honest. All the cars that we looked at before booking were the cars, buses, vans that showed on our wedding day. They were on time and provided service for the full amount of time that they were booked. The cars, vans, buses were clean and in very nice condition. Camelot called me three times prior to our wedding to confirm itinerary and to ask if we had any questions, concerns. Our wedding was in August and I know Camelot had at least 15 other jobs (mostly weddings) that day - they were on time, professional and a great company to use for transportation services. They also followed up with me after our wedding to make sure we were happy with our services.

Joe from Camelot Limos was fantastic. Our driver Steve, was a big teddy bear and even got our apprehensive flower girl to walk up the aisle. Only pitfall was the limo witnessed an accident on the way to pick me up for the ceremony and was delayed. I would have appreciated a call a bit sooner, but Steve calmed my nerves and still got me to the church on time.

they were the only limo co. on Long Island that undersood what kind of package i needed and did not try to upsell me on the fact that it was a wedding..the driver was AMAZING..his name was raphel and went above and beyond to do an amazing job and was very attentive to my needs..for the short 1 1/2 hours he was there

We had a 2007 Hummer and a vintage Caddy. The cars were immaculate and arrived early. The drivers were professional and courtious throughout the day.
The only complaint I have was that we originally booked both cars for an extra hour in advance (we were advised to do that by the company because it would be cheaper than paying that day). About a month before the wedding, we realized we did not need the extra hour. We were literally driving within a 10 block radius in my neighborhood between the the bride's house, groom's house, church and reception. We did not get a refund for the pre-paid hour on teh two cars but they compensated us with a limo to pick us up from our honeymoon (which was nice, but I don't think was near the same cost). I guess this was a lack of communication...just be aware of what you are contracted to. But overall teh service and reliability of teh company was outstanding!!
