We chose Tamara to do our wedding photos and she did such a perfect job for us! She was very professional and had fun and unique ideas for our wedding party poses and kept everything/everyone moving and organized. It was a pleasure working with her and we absolutely love our wedding pictures!

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Yes. I hand color correct each proofed image. Every chosen image is professional edited for the best quality, in high resolution, to create your perfect likeness.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. With the highest quality lighting equipment, to high noon sun. With my artistic background and knowledge of various light study, I can illuminate and reflect natural lighting to studio lighting.

Is your media preference film or digital?
I present all digital with all shoots. Certain clients may request film for small shoots which would be agreed upon by photographers discretion.
How many photographers do you work with?
Usually solo shooting but may have an assistant.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never Weddings! They deserve my undivided attention through out the whole day or weekend. Seniors and two hour sessions yes, but never large venues.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have qualified professional backup if necessary. Knock on wood, I have never missed a shoot.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I've been shooting for 20+ years and acquired much gear over the years. I shoot with a cannon EOS 20D, 17-85mm lens, 75-300 cannon zoom lens, Promaster 7500DX Digital flash, off camera flash, strobes, wireless transmitters, diffuser umbrella light, & backdrop if requested. All the while orchestrating equipment not to obstruct the guest but to capture the highest quality image.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes always.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge by the package. This may include the day of, pre and post wedding options.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Your wedding day is unlimited time. There are options for the day before and/or after, the wedding.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
There are really no breaks the day of....I usually try to eat on the go or when everyone else does if it is a buffet style and okay with you. As this is down time for me to check images, arrange gear, quench my thirst and refuel. I never really sit down and take a break per say, I like staying on top of things.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, only if it is 1 or more hours from Indianapolis or out of state.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Unedited proofs can be viewed 4-10 day after event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
They will be offered through my web site when its up and running smoothly.

How long can the client keep the proofs?
You can keep CD up to 3 months while deciding which ones will be select edit.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but I do offer Licensing which allows you to print, post and share with everyone.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
My licensing agreement allows you to print your images anywhere. I simple reserve the right to publish in magazines and online advertisements. I will always let you decide if you want to show off your beautiful day to the world.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Never any raw unedited work. After all is said and done, I do offer all professional hand edited images.
Will images be available for viewing online?
As soon as my website is perfected, you will be able to view, pick and comment on each and every unedited photo, while choosing your favorites to be professional edited and viewed in a private slide show.
What kind of albums do you offer?
A variety of different styles to choose from that reflects your personality and day. Only flush mount photographic books with distinct covers and sizes.
When will the client get the final album?
It depends on how long it takes you to proof the images and make the final selection. Usually 8-12 weeks on your end.

Additional Advice
I require a 3 part payment plan on all weddings. 1/2, of agreed price or package when date is reserved, 1/4, a week before wedding day and 1/4 after pictures are edted and complete.
