Reviews for Canada's Bridal Show
The good: tons of vendors, with everything under one roof. The bad: it’s almost overwhelming there are so many people and places to see. It is huge! There are so many vendors you have to be organized or you will not remember everyone when you leave. Make sure to bring a pen to make notes of people that you like. There are tons of contests, and wedding show specials. The fashion show is great, it’s actually a lot of fun, and they do a few giveaways. The thing that I love about this bridal show compared to others is that the vendors were usually willing to spend a lot of time talking to you, and give you samples/demos when possible (bakeries, make-up artists, bon-bonnier companies).
The show was great, good fashion show, lots of vendors. The price was a little steep in my opinion. It was also very crowded and difficult to stop at the vendor booths due to the volume. But there were lots of draws and freebies. I got a lot of great ideas.
I found the first time I went to take a look it was great, allot of places for halls, DJ, and cake, Great for people that haven't found those things as of yet. I found allot of little things as well that we needed to get like shows, vail, etc.
Gave me amazing ideas for what I wanted at the wedding for bridesmaid dresses, flowers, and I picked my colours that day too. It helped me narrow down kind of what I want for my wedding dress, but I'm still deciding bewteen 2 styles. I also won Dj services for the wedding!
Great show,
lots of ideas, cake tastings,
Tips:
Bring people with you to help you carry everything... you come out with so much! 50 pounds of bag!
Take mail stickers with you! (the things you put at the top of letters with your address) This saves many hand cramps!
Make sure that you eat before you enter or bring a lunch! carrying everything makes you tired and cake doesn't cut it!
Make sure that you sit for the show 30 mins before it starts if you want to be able to see and enjoy it. Well work it to see the hair styles and the dresses.
You can only enter the contest to win a ring if you have brought your Fiance with you so you can deside if it worth it.
