Never feed cake to an Asian.. you know why? We are PICKY!!! we are used to eating the fluffy, not too sweet cakes from Asian bakeries. Old Chinese grandmas are always complaining about a cake being too sweet on her bday when the Americanized granddaughter was the one that picked up the cake from Safeway.

But, with a cake from the Candace you don't have that problem. Their cake are not only not too sweet for this Asian mouth, but it's also light, with a subtle sweetness that's all empowering but not overwhelming. My mouth turned from a downside up frown to an upside down grin after a few bites.
