We are a full service dessert company!  From cakes to cookies to chocolates to plated desserts!!!  Currently we are by appointment only and everything is made to order! 
Jen started her business when she was pregnant with her first son.  "At first it started as just something to do, a hobby.  Eventually I started getting more and more requests and decided to register it as a business."  Jen opened her business officially in 2005 but has been decorating and baking since 2003. 

Jen has her Elite Certification in confectionary arts from Klara Johnson's School of Confectionary and Pastry Arts and is currently attending George Brown for Pastry and Bakery Arts Management.  She has also taken numerous courses from well known artists such as Nicholas Lodge.

Every year she's noticing bookings increase.  "Somedays it's hard enough to just keep up the emails of people inquiring about ordering. I'm already booked full for a lot of the July, September and October weekends and other weekends through-out wedding season will soon be the same way.  I'm even booking in for 2011 already!"   Jen only commissions 3 weddings per weekend to maintain the quality of her work.  "I pride myself in making everything from scratch.  We can even do sugar flowers so real that people can't tell they're sugar!"

If you are interested in booking your Wedding with Jen she recommends booking a free consultation at least 9months to a year in advance before your wedding to make sure they will be able to do your cake.  Jen will accomodate last minute orders if possible too!  At this consultation Jen will design a custom cake for your wedding and you will get to sample some of the flavours.  If you decide to book there is a  50% deposit and the rest is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.
