We are a very unique venue offering an all-weather, outdoor tent/deck area which is located right on the Annisquam River, salt-water marsh and our Marina.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Prices are determined by day, number of people and length of the event.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Clients may rent other items through a local rental company. It's their choice of whether they'd like to go through us to rent the items or do it on their own.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
We normally provide one event liaison per function.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No. We do require that any vendors which have not been on the property before have a meeting with our function coordinator to go over rules and regulations.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Clients are welcome to rent hotel rooms or set-up a rooming block if they choose. Otherwise, we do not offer any other rooms/dressing areas.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
As long as decorations are put up and taken down by the client, and not damaging or permanent, we are open to most any decorations.

Being as we are a hotel/marina/event venue we ask that noise levels are kept at an appropriate level. All events/music must be over at 10pm.

We do not have a dress code, we just ask that everyone dress appropriately. Whether the event is casual or formal is entirely up to the client.
