Capistrano's - Mandalay Bay Beach Resort

The venue is to die for! You cannot beat this location or the views! We had our wedding ceremony on the beach, which was a few minutes walk right behind the property. Kelsey and her assistant were very willing to help us with any questions that we had. If something wasn't to our liking, them it was correctly right away. Somethings that you may want to arrange in advance as opposed to as you go are is the room situation which Capistrano's has no control over. Reserve your rooms in advance as they get expensive! The food at Capistrano's is delicious! There was plenty of room to move around and the hallways easily held 300 people. We received nothing but compliments about the venue. I would highly recommend Capistrano's and Embassy Suites for a wedding big or small. Beautiful location, great food, and great ambiance. Thank you for making my wedding day a dream come true!
