We were very unhappy with Capital Style. Although the transportation on the day-of was fine (guest shuttles), the experience getting to the wedding day was TERRIBLE. First, I submitted a request for a quote online and was never contacted. Then, I called and they couldn't do a quote right away and asked to call me back, which they never did. When I finally called and was able to get someone to draw up a quote, they sent me the contract but then charged the deposit before I ever faxed back the signed contract!!!! When I called to complain (just a few days later when I realized what happened - keep in mind they still did not have the signed contract) they said that the person who I was working with no longer worked there, and furthermore the service would cost even more than I was quoted for since the person gave me some kind of unauthorized discount, and finally that they couldn't do anything about the deposit having been charged before they received a contract. Additionally, there is a stipulation in the fine print of the contract - something about needing to provide the driver with a hotel room. When I asked about this, they told me not to worry about it, that it was only for out of town rentals or something like that. I pressed them to make a note on the contract that we did not need to pay this fee (worrying that we'd get slapped with it later or, based on their prior behavior, just charged for it without authorization). All they would do is send me a one-line email about it, no change to the actual contract, even though I again complained. Since the price was still less than any other quote we had gotten and I was stressed out with other planning stuff, and plus they had already charged the deposit, I went ahead with the deal, although under normal circumstances I would have never stood for such ridiculous business practices!!! In the end we paid $200 more than we were originally quoted, felt ignored and jerked around, our credit card was charged without our authorization, and we were totally unhappy with the experience although the service itself was fine.

We had a wonderful experience with Capital Style. We rented the party bus. They were punctual, and well priced. The bus was AWESOME! We had plenty of room for 18 people. Our driver was professional, yet friendly and fun! I would recommend the party bus to anyone!

Capital Style is awesome! They provided transportation for my bachelorette party and my wedding day. The drivers were very friendly and great guys. My bridesmaids got into the champagne before the ceremony. So during the ceremony the driver went out and got some more champagne for us. The driver that took my husband and I away at the end of the evening in the Rolls looped through McD's for us because we were starving. They were so easy to work with and provided safe and reliable transportation.

I rented a bus for my guests to shuttle them back and forth from the hotel to the event. Everybody loved the bus and the bus driver. He showed up on time and everything ran smoothly (note - I had a friend who was responsible for making sure the driver knew the scoop for the eveing. I recommend this no matter who your vendor is so that you don't have to worry). We also got a town car to leave from the wedding. I found this to be a bit pricey for a 20 minute service. Also our window didn't work so we couldn't wave to our guests as we left. However our driver was delightful.Everyone I worked with at Capital Style was polite. I contacted them a week before the wedding to discuss the schedule and the woman wrote everything down. Two days before the wedding someone else contacted me to confirm the details, and seemed to have now idea the details were already take care of. I'd rather details be checked twice, but there seemed to be a little disorganization. However everything (besides the window) was perfect on my wedding day.

The buses were a great idea. I received lots of positive feedback. They were punctual and the buses were new and clean.

I rented a Limo and Classic Car from them. The classic car was worth the money by far!!! The driver was great.The limo was a disaster. I was 1/2 late for my own wedding because the driver lost my dad and then yelled at my 88 year old grandmother and made her walk to the church. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I thought all had ended, but after we took pictures the limo guy did not come back to get us. We almost had to ride with the photographers to our reception.I was also told that the limo driver was one of their best...

We waited until the last minute to take care of this detail. Originally we didn't think we would have a problem booking a car, and Justin had hoped to arrive at the Artspace in something retro. I think he had in mind a 1960 Bentley or something like that. Well, we waited to long and the classic fleets had been booked for the day, so we opted for a Town Car Limo instead. It worked well, the driver was great and arrived on time. Even though we tried to make the day as simple as possible, I have to admit that the red carpet service was great. Also, even though Justin wanted a Bentley, he was happy in the Lincoln Town car. This is a car that you notice! Inside and out it was great to look at! My other suggestion is to book for more than less space, because it's always nice to have more foot space inside a car than less.

Capital Style was very easy to work with and helped make our exit from the reception amazing. The car was beautiful and was definitely a conversation starter.

Driver was excellent. Very professional, easy to work with, understanding and wonderful at relieving stress!

They were friendly and timely. We had no transporation problems and they were reliable and affortable!

This was my experience with Capital Style. I called to book for a limo for my wedding and they kindly answered the phone. I asked if they had a black limo and they told me sure enough there was one available I could schedule. They kindly emailed me the contract and to this point I was very pleased. The wedding day I receive a call in the morning from them to confirm the trip and pickup time. Cool. Then here is what happened. They call me again TWO hours before the wedding to tell me that the black limo I order had the oil leaking and therefore I had to choose other vehicle. This made me very upset because this is of course a lie. If it were true the oil was leaking then they should have called the day the oil begin to leak and not two hours before the wedding when there is nothing I could do about it. A total tramp because what probably happened is that they scheduled the black limo for somebody else. So I had to choose a white limo and I did cared about the color because my dress was ivory and not white. They did showed up on time and I have to say the drive was a nice person. So my recommendation if you care about having a particular car for your wedding don't hire this people because as you see they don't keep their word on the car you order. Unfortunatetly there will be no other occasion to rectify my mistake of hiring this people so I hope this review help other brides so they don't go through what I went through on their special day.

Capital Style was so professional and we got a great deal! We booked the limo service at a wedding vendor expo and got a discount to boot. Because we met them at the show, we also were able to meet with the drivers and decide on one we felt comfortable with and book him.They were on time, VERY accomodating, wonderful personality and extremely professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I have used Capital Style for my high school prom, and I loved it. So when it came time to chose a limo company for my wedding I already knew who I wanted to get and I even knew which driver I wanted. They were great! The driver transported everyone back and forth from the hotel to the church, and then at the end of the night back to the hotel, which was all with minutes from each other. He then drove me and my new husband all the way from Wake Forest to Cary to the Umstead hotel for our wedding night stay. Needless to say he more then errand his paycheck and tip that night!

I had reserved the white Bentley for our wedding 6 months or more in advance. I called to double check the reservation several times. The night of the wedding a blue Chevrolet arrived. We were extremely disappointed. While they did try to make it up to us by not charging and comping a limo for use at a later time, the damage had been done. I strongly do not recommend using this company.
