Carmen is a true professional. All I can say is that she handled the stress of the day with stride. she managed to keep her calm even though our "picture" time got cut in half because we were running a little late. She handled everyone with grace even though I know I would have snapped with impatience. She also is very reasonable, an all around honest & straightforward photographer that loves what she does.
