HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The dress shop attendants were helpful when I was buying my dress; however, once they had my money, I experienced terrible customer service. The bridal and bridesmaid's dresses arrived ONE MONTH LATE, and the shop never called to inform me. I had to keep calling weekly to find out the status of the dresses and each time I was told the dresses would arrive "in a few days." When the bridesmaid's dresses arrived, they did not ship them out as planned (eventhough they charged my bridesmaids for this service). Then, they ordered INCORRECT sizes for two of the four dresses I ordered. They were not even remotely close. One dress was supposed to be an 8, and they ordered a 16!!! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Doing business with Carmen's Bridal added so much STRESS to the wedding planning process. Save yourself the hassle and GO ELSEWHERE!!

From the 1st day I went to Carmen's Leo was great very patient; the best part she listened we tried on several gowns on until I fell in love with one. I was starting to get crush because I had known that designer was out of my budget from earlier research but Leo & Carmen gave me a great deal not only on my dress but everyone in my party. The only thing I never believe of how long these gowns took to come in I am glad we order almost 7 months out because it gave us time for fittings without too much stress on everyone. I appreciate their help and how helpful they were. I know I was probably a nervous reck towards the end but everything turned out beautifully. THNX AGAIN =)
Carmen's Bridal was so determined to force me to have my alterations done through them. They came up with this lame story that my gown had been sent to an outside location for alterations. They kept me waiting to for four days for the return of my gown, obviously hoping that no one else would have time to complete the alterations on my Gown in time for my ceremony.
