Caro's cakes

Keith was my go-to guy at Caro's. Being that we were planning our wedding from out of state, things were a little bit more difficult since we weren't able to just drive over to the vendors, but Keith made things much easier. Although their typical process involves everything being done in person, once I informed him of our situation he went out of his way to help us figure everything out via email/phone. Be advised, when you go in for the "cake tasting" its not really a cake tasting so much as it is an icing/filling tasting, my dad was so upset that there was no cake to taste, lol! The only thing I would have asked differently is the placement of the fold of the ribbon on the top layer be the same direction as the folds of the ribbon on the other two layers. The groom's cake came out perfect!! Everyone loved the cake, it was delicious.
