Carol's Cakes

Our cake was amazing. I took Carol a picture of what I wanted and it is exactly what I got. I was BEAUTIFUL!!! STUNNING!!!! It tased fantastic too. I recieved so many compliments on the cake. Carol packages up our anniversay cake seperately to save us a hassle and a mess. She was so easy to work with. Stress free!! Highly recommeded. Thanks again Carol.

Carol was wonderful to work with. She was willing to answer all my questions, make the cake according to exactly what I wanted, provided many pictures to use as references, and it all tasted delicious! The cake was delivered on time and looked beautiful. The only problem was that she was very hard to get ahold of. It was rare that anyone answered whenever I called and sometimes I'd have to call back a few times a week because I never received a call back. But, when I did talk to someone, they were very polite and helpful. I would use Carol's Cakes again.

We are very happy with how our cake turned out. I was beautiful. We met with Carol a little less than a year before our wedding and browsed through some of her pictures. We identified certain things that we liked from various cakes and she created exactly what we wanted.

It was good fortune that I met Carol at the Open House held by The DoubleTree-Pittsburgh Airport. While chatting with her and explaining that my daughter was unable to attend, Carol filled up a bag of cake samples in a variety of flavors. That evening we did a taste testing...and loved them all!!!! Every slice was moist and had perfect flavor and texture. The cake we ordered tasted every bit as perfect as it's detailed design. Carol's calm and professional manner was very much appreciated for such a special occasion. Simply outstanding!!!!!

I could not be happier with the way my cake looked and tasted on my wedding day. In the area, Carol's was the best price for the best value I found. The only thing I found troublesome was it was sometimes hard to get ahold of her, but she far made up for that with the cake the day of the wedding. Our groom's cake was also just as amazing!

The cake was fabulous. The decorations were great. She worked well with the florist and it was seamless to me.

Carol is a wonderful cake vendor. She is friendly, professional, accomodating, and creative. You bring her a picture or tell her exactly what you want, and she will make it real. Cakes are delicious and gorgeous!!

Had to follow up with vendor by emailing and requesting to meet. 2 weeks before my wedding I had to request to meet and offer to provide a deposit to secyure the date and cake.

People are still talking about our wedding cake - not only because it was delicious - it was BEAUTIFUL. I had a special request - I didn't want a traditional cake topper, but rather I wanted to tie our wedding invitation theme into the cake and Carole did a gorgeous job - it was a work of art and very unique. We had special requests for combinations of batter/filling and whatever we wanted was fine - she certainly understands that it is our special day and met all our needs.

Carol did a wedding cake for us. The cake was delicious and beautiful. We requested a specific pattern of icing and decorations and it was exactly as we had hoped. Cost was much less than other places we looked at and the taste was much better too! We would use Carol again and recommend her to friends and family in the area.

Our cake was beautiful but it was not exactly what we had asked for, Carol told us she could do the icing a certain way for us and it was not done that way at all.

I saw a picture of a cake I LOVED and took it to her. She said she could do it ~and she did, only better!

When we went in for our tasting she made us 4 mini cakes to take hom in the combinations we wanted to try, and her cake was amazingly good! So good, in fact, we used her for my bridal shower cake as well.

And 1 year later, we thawed our top layer out for our anniversay and it was still yummy!
