Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
No, online shopping only.
What specialty dress and attire items, such as a Kimono or Sari, do you provide?
We carry butter soft leather teddies, fine intimates apparel and hoisery.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No, there is a measuring chart below on how to order your merchandise for a better fit.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We also sell swarovski crystals designer handbags and charm bracelets. We do not sell wedding dresses!

Returns
We hope that you are happy with the items you have selected. ALL WOMEN INTIMAES APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Due to the “health related” nature of our products, only manufacture defect or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return. NO RETURNS ON FINE JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS!!! The merchandise retuned must be in original packaging and free of any customer markings. Please return items with any original tags and tickets attached, and in their original boxes, to the address below.
For returns made with a packing slip you will be credited for the purchase price in the original form of payment. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at 1 (888) 387- 4333, and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one. Shipping and handling charges, and sales tax on shipping, are not refundable.
If you received the item as a gift, in which case price information is not indicated on the front of the slip, please contact our Customer Relations department at (888) 387- 4333 or email us sales@carolinesboudoir.com to ensure you receive proper reimbursement. Without the packing slip, you will receive a merchandise certificate for the current value of the merchandise.
Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange unworn merchandise within 5 days of delivery date.
If you choose to return your purchase to exchange it for another item, your credit card will not be charged additional shipping and handling fee for an exchange when we ship the item(s) back to you.
Once your product is received in the warehouse, the credit for the returned item(s) will be credited to your credit or debit card.
Your credit card or debit card will be authorized and charged as a new transaction when your order/exchange item(s) are processed and shipped.
These two transactions may occur within the same day. The availability of funds in your account may depend upon the amount of time it takes your bank to clear the funds (often up to 3-5 business days).
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.
A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles. Damages
Any damages must be reported to carolinesboudoir.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS! All merchandise that leaves the warehouse is inspected as it is pulled and packed and is shipped in excellent condition.

HOW TO MEASURE Use a measuring tape, over your undergarments. You can also use a string, and then line it up to a yardstick.
Chest / Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust.Hip: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam: Using a pant that fits you well, measure from the crotch seam to the hem.
Low Waist: Measure 2 to 3 inches below your natural waist. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.
Natural Waist: Measure around your waist at narrowest point (usually about your navel). Keep one finger between the tape and your body.
