Carolyn Verdi

Carolyn Verdi was the wedding planner at my daughter's wedding on October 11, 2008. She was the wedding planner at my friend's daughter's wedding, so she came highly recommended. We also attended the wedding. I think having a wedding planner is essential. You need to have someone you trust out there taking care of things because you cannot be everywhere. There are just too many things to choose. I had many discussions with Carolyn concerning the wedding. I think it is important to develop a relationship with the planner so she knows your likes and dislikes as well as the bride's. I hired Carolyn 1 year before the wedding. She recommended the place where my daughter bought her wedding dress. We also used Carolyn's seamstress for my daughter's dress as well as for my dress. She arranged the rehearsal dinner, which was wonderful... She helped pick out the wedding invitations; she does caligraphy so she address and mailed all wedding invitations. They were just beautiful. We had the wedding at the Hyatt at Penns Landing in Philadelphia, PA. Carolyn coordinated with the staff at the Hyatt; it was a fabulous Wedding!

Expertise and artistry describe both our invitation and wedding favor. Also, Carolyn's calligraphy was exquisite and complimented the style of the invitiaton beautifully.

Carolyn was my lifesaver. I didn't live in Philadelphia that long and I needed all the help I could get. She really listen to my my ideas of a perfect wedding and made my dreams come true! I have people still to this day, 8 years later, tell me what a unbelievable wedding that I had!!
