I found Carter & Cook after extensive online searching of all things wedding! I was super impressed with their website and blog, and all the fabulous weddings they had coordinated! I kept seeing them all over the wedding blog-o-sphere and once I contacted them, they were incredibly helpful and kind. They were flexible and accommodating to my wants and needs, and so much fun to work with! Carter & Cook spent so much time working out all the little details of my special day, giving me plenty of attention and encouragement along the way! I literally would have been lost without them! My wedding day went better than I could have imagined--everything looked perfect and flowed smoothly! It was an absolute dream! What more can a bride ask for? Perhaps two friends? YES! After working with Ashlyn and Heather, I consider them new friends! They were not only the best wedding coordinators ever, but amazingly sweet people that are joyful and fun to be around! Carter and Cook went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely amazing! They did a perfect job making sure everything went as planned without anyone even knowing they were there. I couldn't imagine not having them a part of our day- our families were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day without worrying about the details and that is priceless. Hiring Ashlyn and Heather of Carter and Cook Event Co. as our day-of coordinators was one of the best decisions that my husband and I made in preparation for our wedding. When we reflect upon our wedding day, which was just as special and beautiful as we could have ever hoped, we often say to each other, “we could not have done that without Ashlyn and Heather!!” As a diy bride, I had many crafty elements that I wanted to incorporate into my wedding day. Ashlyn and Heather jumped right into the vision and were supportive and encouraging of all my ideas. My husband and I felt at ease and completely taken care of throughout the entire process, and especially on our wedding day, because of Ashlyn and Heather’s organization, promptness, and easy going and sweet personalities. I received compliments from several of my family members about what a pleasure it was to work with Ashlyn and Heather during the wedding set up and take down process. Ashlyn and Heather went above and beyond with their conscientious work on the wedding day (they remembered every detail and set up items better than I had envisioned!) as well as meeting with us three times before the wedding - which is more than I had even expected. Above all, this team of remarkable women approaches leadership and communication with grace and truly cares about YOU as a couple, not just the business. Firstly, I want to say that I am soooo incredibly thankful I hired Ashlyn to be my Wedding coordinator. I was a little stressed out about how my wedding would run because I'm Romanian, with a huge family (much like my big fat greek wedding) and it seems that Romanian weddings can get pretty chaotic. We had a 300 person wedding and Ashlyn handled it from getting all the minute by minute details on paper, getting a perfect run through at our rehearsal and then on our wedding day, making sure all the wedding decore details were set up correctly and that the day went by without me having to worry about a single thing. She even stayed after and helped our florist and venue workers clean up. Thanks so much Ashlyn. My day wouldn't have turned out so absolutely perfect and flawless without you. Brides to be, Carter & Cook Event Co are the ones to hire, hands down!
