Carter's Creative Catering was fantastic!!! From the first time we met Jeff and Eric we knew we were in good hands. They are both very passionate about what they do which made all the difference. They were by far the best priced and we got more than we had expected for our money. They are so flexible and willing to adapt the meal to your specifications. The food was so delicious and it was presented so beautifully! They made the whole process so easy and I would use them again for another occassion.

Eric was wonderful to work with! We did not think we were going to be able to afford have our reception catered and he made it happen. It was a huge weight off of our shoulders as be got back from Hawaii a day before the big event. We will keep him mind for any other future needs!

I have used Carter's Creative Catering for three private parties and have been very pleased with their flexibility of working within my budgets for each event. I was givenseveral choices for different menus that would fit into my budget. I have also been a guest at other private parties that were catered by Eric and Holly. They provide quality food with an impressive presentation.

Eric and Holly have over thirty combined years of experience in food service; we have catered every type of party imaginable, and don’t forget the important weddings!! We offer something for everyone: PICK-UP, FULL SERVICE Which includes bartenders and wait staff, as well as SELF SERVICE where we are primarily in charge of the food only!
We don’t stop there; we also offer the best cakes in Colorado, with a flare for Specialty or Whacky or Whimsical Cakes! Holly loves to build custom cakes and is always up for a challenge with something new! Give her a picture and she will make sure you get exactly what you want! If you do not have a picture she has drawn up many cakes where people say;
“That is just what I wanted, how did you know?”
We love helping make your special day less stressful. Nothing is more satisfying to us than to see the couples’s smiles when we make custom menus to please a variety of tastes that will showcase your special theme. We also work with your budget and strive to offer more options for your stated budget than most catering companies will.
