I thought Holly and her husband were very professional and good to work with. However I was a bit disappointed as I heard some of my guests had frozen food or was cold. They were a bit understaffed as well. The food was extremely full of garlic but was also very yummy. Just was disappointed in hearing our guests were served frozen food. Again, it was great service and decent food.

I am not sure which wedding this was or date? I apologize for any frozen or cold food on Carters Creative Caterings behalf. I am really sad to hear this not knowing which wedding this was. We always try to correct anything that is wrong immediately and would have done so had of we known anything about this. Once again I am apologetic for this and by no means is this typical. We have 10 reviews on here and of those ten weddings this is one of many thousands we have personally performed. The staffing issue since I do not know what wedding this is, is hard to say this is someone opinion and we staff accordingly to size of the events. Many events are staffed depending on budgetary needs of our clients, as well as type of service they are looking for.
Please note we cook most food on site and bring minimally cooked food with us in order to make sure we are giving our clients the best food hot off the grill, stove, or oven Meal. We check temperatures before putting food out and also have hot boxes to hold hot food in to keep it at temperature during the buffet.
Once again we are not sure who this is and if you would like to contact us personally we will make attempts to right this with you.

Carters Creative Catering ran out of food at my wedding. We did not have extra people attend and the owner cut the Prim Rib. Out of 94 people about 15 went without Prim Rib and potatoes, including the grooms Mother. I was very disappointed that they did not reach out to me and apologies for their mistake. I feel there is no excuse when I didn't go over my guest count and they cut the meat themselves.
The quality of food they put out is wonderful and I was so excited to have them as part of my wedding. I am unfortunately disappointed with the outcome.

Carter's Creative Catering took responsibility that night and apologized to the few people whom did not get Prime rib. In all due respect our guest count was less then the number of people whom attended, and they were not charged for the extra people. There was plenty of food and we did not run out of food. Only prime rib which will never happen again! Carter's Creative Catering did reach out and offer some compensation to them but it was refused! Carters Creative Catering is truly sorry and this will not happen again.

The amount of food we got for the price was amazing. The owner and staff were friendly and professional. We also got our cake/cupcakes thru Carter's and we got so many compliments from our guests. We are thinking of getting a birthday cake from them in the future (it was that good).

Okay so Holly and Eric were AWESOME! They took care of everything and are so flexible! They were so nice with everything. It all looked smelled and tasted great! they even package leftovers and let you take it home! (most caterers said they wouldn't do it or you would have to pay extra!) They definately helped make my night Great!

Eric and Holly were great. They were very flexible on meeting times and were always very friendly. They were more than happy to work with our budget and were willing to make absolutely anything we wanted them to make. They were very professional and the food was excellent. We have already had a few engaged couples that were at our wedding ask for their contact information because they loved the food. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for friendly caterers with awesome food!

Carter's Creative Catering was fantastic!!! From the first time we met Jeff and Eric we knew we were in good hands. They are both very passionate about what they do which made all the difference. They were by far the best priced and we got more than we had expected for our money. They are so flexible and willing to adapt the meal to your specifications. The food was so delicious and it was presented so beautifully! They made the whole process so easy and I would use them again for another occassion.

Eric was wonderful to work with! We did not think we were going to be able to afford have our reception catered and he made it happen. It was a huge weight off of our shoulders as be got back from Hawaii a day before the big event. We will keep him mind for any other future needs!
