Stephanie was absolutely amazing! Our ceremony and reception were in the same place, so it was really important that the reception vendors set up silently so that it didn't disrupt the ceremony. Her and her crew were completely silent, setup so quickly, and transitioned from appetizers to dinner beautifully.
The food was amazing and HOT. She was so easy to work with and friendly through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.
We were very pleased with the catering at the wedding. We wanted something reasonable in price, but still a full dinner. Caruso’s offered a dinner of your choice of pasta, fresh baked bread with garlic dipping oil, and an Italian salad. The contact lady was very helpful and easy to work with. She offered us a 20% off coupon to use if we wanted to come in and taste the food prior to booking. This was very helpful to know what types of pasta to pick. We decided to go buffet style but they also offer servers if you wish. They delivered all of the food to our house where the wedding was held, for a small fee. The food arrived right on time and everything was fresh and hot. They provided warming tins to serve the pasta in and the dipping oil was in pretty glass containers. The portions were very generous and we had lots of leftovers. The guests raved about the dinner and were very satisfied. They were a great vendor to work with and you get a lot of food for your money.
