Casa Munras Hotel

I had my reception at this hotel in the Andalucia ballroom. It's a smaller intimate setting but big enough for 100+ people. The staff was honestly so incredibly nice to me throughout the whole process. Susan was VERY helpful and responsive to all of my questions and got back to me via email (my preferred method of communication) sometimes within minutes. They were very flexible and worked really hard to accomodate our needs. The actual day of the wedding, ALL of the hotel staff that helped with set up and the banquet servers were so incredibly nice to us that I couldn't have asked for a better staff. They seemed as though they were excited and happy for me even though they were working!

The grounds are super cute and the hotel is a great place to have all of your guests stay. It's really close to the main street in the "downtown" part of Monterey where there are a few bars, shops, and restaurants.

GREAT place for a wedding reception, super friendly staff, really cute surroundings. I am very happy with my reception.

Casa Munras is an excellent choice for the budget minded couple because they have the best price per person for a wedding on the Monterey Peninsula. They also have hotel rooms next to the ballroom which makes the venue very convenient and allows guests to imbibe without having to drive after the reception. It's located close to downtown Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf, and all the sites your out of town guests will enjoy.--Steve Ezzo Entertainment
