Casey's Cakes

Casey bakes the best wedding cakes and she is so wonderful to work with. We brought a picture of the cake we were imagining and she sat down with us and sketched up a picture for us while we tasted so many flavors of cupcakes. Cake tasting was definitely one of our favorite days and was one of our hardest decisions because all of her flavors taste sooo good. The cake showed up just as beautiful as we imagined and definitely the tastiest wedding cake we've ever had.

Lots of designs, plenty of cake flavors. Personal touch but still professional. Makes buttercream frosting look like fondante!

This price includes set up. She allows you choose a flavor (or in my case flavors) that you like for the layers of the cake. The cake was beautiful, moist, and disappeared as soon as it was cut. She is very personable and takes time to make sure your cake is special.

I was so excited about the cake I couldn't wait for the reception. We brought Casey a picture of what we wanted and gave her our wedding colors and she came up with an elegant wedding cake. She baked us cup cakes to try prior to the booking and we chose caramel, almond and red velvet with butter cream icing. It was delivered and set up for $230 to servce 82 people. She makes all occassion cakes and has MANY pictures on her website of all the cakes she's done.

This vendor was professional from the initial tasting in her home (where she made several iced cupcakes from the various flavors I had chosen to try) to her delivery/pickup of the cake/cakestand. She travelled 40 minutes each way out of the city to deliver our cake at no extra charge. Not only did she do that and create the cake exactly how we wanted (we showed her a pic of a $1000.00 cake she was able to replicate for about $275); but she also made a groom's cake which I wanted to look like my husband's sports car (she made it down the the license plate!)

Both the cakes tasted wonderful and looked great. We highly recommend this lady for future weddings. (We even had her do a miniature cake for a romantic getaway, (one-layered with beautiful sculpted flowers---which she charged us $10 for!! Amazing!)
