The food is amazing. Communicating long distance with CBD is terrible. There seems to be a lack of communication between the staff, and via email or phone they are not very helpful. In person during the tasting Dale was helpful with recommendations for food, but in advance of that it was hard to get much advice - which is helpful if you are planning a wedding for the first time. Don't mention the word local food they increase the price, but essentially by local anyway. The day of they provide someone to oversee the schedule, but they don't do anything outside of that, like coordinate other vendors, so don't assume - step up to the role yourself or assign it to someone else.

Dale does an exceptional catering job, I can't recommend her highly enough. My husband and I experienced extreme flexibility and accommodation, and were thrilled with the service we received. Dale's food was the best wedding food I've ever had, and while most brides and grooms don't get a chance to eat at their weddings, we had a tough time leaving our plates behind! Two thumbs up!!

Dale is a wonderful choice for catering in the Burlington area. We visited a few and chose her because she has a great price for great food. They took care of everything in terms of setting everything up, and when we arrived it was just as we had wanted. They did swap out one appetizer for another, but in the grand scheme of things it didn't matter at all. Everything was delicious and we have gotten many compliments from friends and family that the menu wasn't the "usual wedding food."

We are still receiving incredible compliments on Dale's wonderful food. They made us a delicious selection of warm rustic Italian dishes that complimented our winter wedding perfectly. They were easy to work with and had wonderful ideas for menus and changes. Dale's staff were also amazing. Professional and quick to problem solve, they worked so well with the space and all of the rented and homemade elements I brought in. I have no idea if they had any glitches, they made everything seem smooth, from the buffet line to the table arranging and changing. Many thanks!

The food was excellent. Dale is a very nice woman and I would recommend her BUT don't ask her to manage the bar. That got a little messed up and our guests ended up stocking all night and finally had to serve themselves.
