We could not be more pleased with Cayton Photography! Our entire experience was incredible! Not only is Sean wonderful to work with, but his talent is second to none. We did significant research on wedding photographers and when we saw Sean's work we were sold. Our pictures are far better than we could have imagined and as we compare our photos with recently married friends, it is clear that Sean's work is superior. He spent additional time with us taking shots in some of the most beautiful locations in Colorado Springs. His ability to capture key moments in our ceremony and reception is one of his strengths. As we review our pictures, we feel like we are re-living every moment of that day. I have had multiple people view our Album and ask for Sean's information instantly. I can not say enough positive things about the experience we had with Cayton Photography for our April 2008 wedding. Sean cares so much about his clients and the products. He really went above and beyond every step of the way....from the planning of the day to the album design and delivery, I am thrilled with everything. Sean worked around my crazy travel schedule planning the day, offered advice and suggestions but was never pushy. He was calm, friendly and organized the day of the wedding - he even scoped out the church and reception site in advance to identify the best shots. All of the proofs were online quickly and the process to order pictures and build our album was outstanding. But the element that blew me away the most was the customer service after the wedding. Doesn't it seem with some companies, that after you've made the final payment, they've kind of forgotten about you? Not the case with Sean- when I received our album, I was happy with it but wished I had chosen a different album style. Sean immediately offered to swap out to the album format I wished I had chosen originally... and at no additional charge! He truly wanted my husband and I to be 100% satisfied. I have already recommended Cayton Photography to friends and I know they'll be as thrilled with their pictures and album as I am!

Sean & Cathy Cayton have captured the most joyful moments of our lives with a perspective that portrays the emotion we feel and personalities we carry. They have done it in a way that leaves memories of only the experience and not the lens.

Sean & Cathy’s pictures of our wedding still make me smile. The way that they captured Mike & I, but even more so, for the way that they captured those that we love, still impresses us, particularly because, although they know us very well now, they didn’t then. My favorite and most illustrative picture of Mike’s mother is one that Cathy captured at our wedding. Mike’s mother does not even remember the picture being taken; the Caytons integrate themselves into the background that well. My favorite memory from the wedding was with Mike before the ceremony as we sat side by side, giddy with love and excitement, having a private moment. Special as that moment was, Sean captured it without intruding upon it.

Cathy helped me record the physical changes that attend the joys of pregnancy in a way that was comfortable and fun. Cathy had such creative ways to capture the beauty of a pregnant woman’s body, but allowed natural placement rather than staging so I felt honored rather than on display.

All this would be enough, except that Cathy has placed herself in my heart in the way she has captured my daughter in the last year. Through Cathy’s pictures, we see all the personality and life in Isabella that we know by heart. To be able to hold these moments and be able to remember them with clarity as Bella grows is more precious than our memories that so often fail us. There’s one picture for instance, that when I look at it (as I often do), I can still hear the laughter that accompanied it. I remember the breeze and I remember the feel of the smile on my face.

The Caytons, through their brilliant camera eye and ability to fade to the background have dramatically captured our life over the last four years without ever leaving a footprint of their own. The gift of their photography is one we will always treasure, and will continue to honor in our lives.

I received the album yesterday afternoon and Nathan and I couldn’t be more pleased. We LOVE the album and the quality is amazing, something I can really appreciate being in the design business. The paper used for each page is so nice, the pictures look great, and I love the cover and the personalized black box that the book slides into. We are especially glad that we decided to go with 30 pages. The PDF sample just doesn’t do the book justice! I am really looking forward to showing it to family & friends.
