Celebration Bridal Shoppe

The owner of this shop, Cathy, is absolutely horrible to deal with. She is completely rude and uncarring. There are two sales associates that are great, Brandi and Sarah. Although I love the two sales associates, I would NOT reccommend this shop to future brides. We were looking for bridesmaids dresses that were two-toned and the one we found in the store display was two-toned and we were told we could order it that way, about a month after the bridesmaids paid 50% and ordered the dress, the store called and said the dress only comes in one color. I had to explain that I was told otherwise and the contract they signed stated otherwise and they needed to find the ribbons in a different color. After 3 months of a bridesmaid continiously calling and being ignored, another bridesmaid called and said that if they didn't have the ribbon she wasn't going to pay for the rest of her dress and would need a refund for the first half...after that they got the ribbons. When the ribbons came in they had a HUGE seam in the middle that would show on their stomachs and looked horrible. The saleswoman said we could cut 1/4 off and sew it to the other side so there would be 2 seams but none on the stomach but the owner refused to do anything about it. My dress didn't come in until less that a month before my wedding and the owner kept refusing to help me and give me a date on when I could expect it. When the dress did come in, it was much longer than the "petite" size I ordered and I had to fight with the owner to have them pay for the hemming. I had left several requests with other employees to speak to the owner, but she would never return my phone calls until the week before the wedding! Like I said, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT reccommend this shop unless you want nothing but stress, problems, and headaches. I actually made a complaint to the BBB and plan on doing more!!
