A New Groove is a band in Portland OR, and they ROCKED my wedding. Perfect music selection, high energy, incredible voices, and they were so easy to work with. They had everyone from the wedding party to our priest killing it on the dance floor for hours. And in between sets, they played an iPod, which went very smoothly. Lynn and CM Events was great. They provided us with our dinner music of an awesome trio - the Michael Winkle Trio and then Lynn took over as dj! She was fantastic! I was so happy we chose them. She felt out the crowd and the night just flowed! We had the best time dancing. Her transition choice of Tonight's Gonna Be a Good Night by the Black Eyed Peas from the Hora was so on the money! We were so glad we hired them. They made our ceremony go smoothly with sound. The Michael Winkle Trio was perfect for the early part of our reception and I even wish I could have danced a little to them. It was a great night though!

We had Pressure Point Band perform at our wedding. They were an incredible live band. The guests at our wedding continue to gush over the wonderful music that was performed at our wedding. They played a variety of music at our wedding and respected our "Must Play" and "Do Not Play" lists we presented. They added a key ingredient to our wonderful wedding day.

One additional comment: They sounded far better live than they do recorded.

Gave amazing selections and helped me plan out my entire wedding day hour by hour. Easy to contact and very flexible. DJ'ed the ceremony and my reception for a very reasonable cost.

We had a good experience with this DJ company for the most part. We took dancing lessons with the DJ and thought their prices were very reasonable. She taught us an easy dance to follow for our first dance. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn the basics. However in the middle of the reception things took a turn for the worse. After a very cheese and annoying song was played, my husband nicely asked the DJ to stick to the list of songs he provided her. The DJ was snide in her remarks back to him, insinuating that if she played his list no one would be dancing to it. That really made him mad. But thankfully, she did play off his list and the dance floor was full all night.

Absolutely the BEST wedding band ever! Gave us much more than we paid for, were super fun & friendly, got everyone dancing right after the cake was cut! Very eager to please, even learned new songs for us, willing to do anything we wanted or needed very quickly. Was not great with recommendations prior to the wedding. Was almost half the price of other Seattle bands (drove to our Seattle wedding for free). The guests practically rioted when they stopped playing! (They had to play for an extra 2 hours!)

I CANNOT say enough good things about this band! They are so talented and entertaining - an not corney at all (like many other wedding singers we looked at). They took my wedding to a whole new level that I had never anticipated. They had everyone on the dance floor during the FIRST SONG! They ended-up staying for 2 hours longer than we hired them for because the dance floor was still packed at the end of the night. They even learned a new song for our wedding! They drove all the way up from Portland to Seattle at no extra charge and they were $2000 LESS than the Seattle wedding bands we looked at using! My husband & I both agree that hiring Pressue Point was the best-spent money of the whole wedding.
