Celebration did our engagement session and the wedding. They don't tell you who the photographer is til a few days before the session. We had some specific things we wanted (and made a list for the photographer) and he never received the list.

Our photographer showed up an hour late to the wedding. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt... until I got our proofs. 30-40 minutes worth of photos are MISSING. They have only offered us credit towards proofs or scrapbooks.

Their communication is terrible, and the only time they have ever called me was when my balance was due. I would not hire them for anything.

They're horrible and rude!!!! I booked them at the bridal show in LA back in Jan 2008. They were really nice at the show and SEEM to have a great deal. In fact it's not that great of the deal after I found out how much their albums are. The package I bought comes with $200 credit toward the album and most of them are really expensive that I'll have to pay at least another $300 on top of the package price in order to get a decent album. Their website is terrible, no detail information on anything. The communication sucks, never return the call,never gave me detail information about the process. . They will only call you when the balance is due or want to know if you also want to use their Video service (Thank god, I didn't use them).

I had a horrible experience. First of all, they are extremely rude! They dont return your calls and when you finally get them on the phone they give you these dumb excuses. The last time i spoke to one of them I hung up shacking because they made me so mad...they told me they were not able to do my engagement session due to them being booked. Ive had so many bad encounters with them that it will be too long to write. If you dont want to be upset do not use them!!!! They are soooo nice when you firt go for information or when you book them, but once you do you will never hear from the again till a few days before the wedding. Honestly!
