Made everything perfect! I changed my mind very often but she was patient with advice for me the entire way!

I can not say enough good things about Shari! although we had to book short notice with Shari, you would never have known it! She was with me 100% and helped me make my ceremony perfect. We talked on a regular basis and she never stopped until we said we love it! I would recommend celebrations by Shari. They made my wedding special and individualized to what we wanted.

I was so glad I found Shari and that she was a part of our special day. With being an out of town bride living in California, I needed to have someone that would be good about responded quickly to calls/emails. She always was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend. She even helped us with a rehearsal the night before and made us an amazing scrapbook with all of our vows, that we will cherished.

Shari was excellent to work with. She was fun and insightful. Many of our guests commented on how sincere she was during the ceremony. One reason that we chose Shari was that we included my 7 year old step daughter in the ceremony. When we met Shari for the first time it was evident that she would work well with including a child in every aspect of the day. Thank you Shari!

Shari was absolutely AMAZING! We just got married on New Years Eve (12/31/12). She blew our expectations away! Leading up to the ceremony, she provided us with several examples of wording to use for each part of the ceremony.. we were able to choose the exact wording we wanted and it was so beautiful. She also helps in choosing the readings by giving suggestions. My husband and I chose to write our own vows and Shari helped "coach" us with the wording as well. We had Shari present at our rehearsal in order to go through the ceremony with our bridal party the night before the big day. In meeting Shari for the first time, she is better than expected! She is so sweet and funny! She makes everyone feel comfortable as well. As far as the ceremony, she came over an hour in advance. The ceremony was seamless and absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments on how amazing it was from all of our guests. Some even stating that it was by far the most beautiful ceremony that they had been to! Lastly, we decided to get the keepsake scrapbook that Shari puts together. It was so much more than we ever expected! So awesome in the presentation including every word spoken including the words the songs that were sung, our vows, and the individual readings in addition to the entire ceremony! She dressed it up with the colors of our wedding and included decorative items to make it so special. My husband and I have read it over several times already! I would HIGHLY recommend having her do one for any wedding! I know that they only have 5 stars to choose from...but, for Shari... she deserves way more than that! I will recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married! Shari, we could not have asked for a more fabulous officiant!!!!

Shari was SO nice. We fell in love with her and her peppy personality at a bridal show over a year ago. We immidately stopped the search for an officiant and booked her. Her prices were VERY reasonable, and she was so kind and helpful during the whole process. She sent me countless emails with ceremony ideas, ect... upon request, for the ceremony and vows. She always responded to emails promptly and was so very helpful! She even proof read my final ceremony selection that I had pieced together, as well as mine, and my then fiance's (now husband) vows. We were VERY pleased with her services and with our over-all experience with her as our officiant. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! I cannot brag enough about her and the services provided. :)

Shari was amazing to work with. We live in Kansas but got married near our home town of Elyria, OH. We wanted someone who was comfortable with including no religion in our ceremony. Shari was that and more. She was very flexible at working with us and communicating via email. She also provided us so many options for different wording for our ceremony. On the day of our wedding, Shari showed up even though she was ill and preformed our ceremony for us. That truly meant the world to us. As an added bonus, we received a beautiful scrapbook with our wording as a gift from Shari. We are thankful to have found her and to have had her perform our ceremony!

Shari did a fantastic job from start to finish. We stayed in touch making sure we covered all the important details to make our day one of a kind. The quality of work that she does is first rate. Our wedding was better than what I had hoped for and I wanted the best. That is what I got from Shari.

We were married this weekend at a very low-key ceremony at our house, and Shari was perfect. She was incredibly responsive in the planning stages and brought such a positive energy to the actual ceremony. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant. It is obvious she truly loves what she does and takes great pride in performing the ceremony the bride and groom want.

Celebrations by Shari was the perfect choice for my wife and I as Shari was one of my favorite teachers in high school. Shari's new career is going so well that she was already booked the day of our wedding but she was still able to accommodate us. We still worked exclusively with Shari on the wording and layout of the ceremony, which was perfectly catered to us, and then her daughter Kristen performed our ceremony for us beautifully. They both were also at our disposal being just a call, email, text or trip to Panera or Caribou away. Celebrations by Shari was great!

***Also we can not stress enough how awesome the "handmade keepsake scrapbook" is that Shari makes. Do yourself a favor and order this!***

I was recently married on August 11th. During the pre-planning stage, I was nervous about finding the right officiant. I am not a member of a church, and didn't want to have to commit to any particular denomination as a pre-requisite for tying the knot. As the day approached, I looked online and came across "Celebrations by Shari". I called her up, and could tell just by the sound of her voice how sincere and passionate she was about marrying in love couples. She was so reasonably priced, organized, and paid full attention to every detail. I loved the wording options she gave us which allowed for my husband and I to maintain a large degree of creative control, while keeping certain things traditional. We were able to incorporate our own personal spirituality, and wrote our own vows... She even gave us additional options for mini ceremonies within the wedding, where I had the opportunity to honor my late grandparents, and that meant a great deal to the whole family. Every question and concern I had was met with a prompt response and reassurance. Being that Shari herself was unavailable on August 11th, as prediscussed, it was her daughter Chelsea who came to perform the ceremony. Chelsea arrived well before the scheduled start time which calmed my nerves tremendously, and she performed our ceremony flawlessly. She was friendly with all my guests and adapted so well to our backyard setting. I can honestly say, and my husband agrees, that our wedding was the best day of our lives (thus far!) and Celebrations by Shari certainly deserves much of the credit for that. Future Brides - I strongly recommend this company, and thank you Shari and Chelsea for making my day great!

I would give Shari much higher ratings than 5! She was so amazing and wonderful, she was so helpful in making my wedding ceremony perfect and memorable, she gave us so many choices for wording for each part of the wedding that we were able to make our ceremony truly unique and completely us! Working with Shari definitely put me at ease and it was obvious she was a pro. I loved that she worked with me to tailor the ceremony wording to my husband and I and her scrapbook was amazing. I would recommend her to any and everyone (she is also such a sweetheart).

Shari and I had a prior relationship to our wedding, she was one of my most beloved teachers in high school. I knew from the moment I heard of Shari's business that she would be the one I would ask to marry my husband and I. Her professionalism as well as the ability to make every experience unique and personalized is absolutely astounding. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful on all levels no matter how last minute the wedding has been planned or how nervous any of the participants (especially the bride and groom) are. I felt that as soon as she arrived on our wedding day that I was instantly calm and no longer nervous because I knew that she would make sure that our special day was everything we wanted it to be no matter what it took. As she officiated the ceremony it took all of me not to cry not only because of how happy i was to be marrying the man of my dreams, but because of the way Shari officiated the ceremony. We used Shari for our ceremony on Put-In-Bay Island on 8-10-12. She was fantastic from beginning to end. She made it clear more than once that if we needed anything, she was there to help. She was always in contact with us right up to the moment of the ceremony, and whenever I had a question, she always had a helpful answer. The ceremony was very fun-loving and laid back (but beautiful) just like we wanted. I highly recommend Shari (Celebrations by Shari) for your venue!!! We don't have a single con for her services!! We decided to get married kind of last minute and Shari was instrumental in helping plan our vows. She was always just an email or phone call away. Because it was last minute on our end, Shari herself was booked, so while she planned everything and worked with us every step of the way, her daughter Kristen performed the ceremony and did an amazing job. Wow! Shari was so wonderful to work with. Her response time seemed to be always under 30 minutes for e-mails! Her enthusiasm and happiness is truly contagious- so perfect for a wedding! She is quite flexible and so helpful. I had questions unrelated to the actual ceremony (about the program) and she was more than willing to help me out a bit. Her huge suggestion book of phrases was so helpful. We could have never planned our ceremony without it! We loved her laid-back, but still professional style during our ceremony. Shari is wonderful! I stumbled across her website and was immediately impressed. After sending an email to request information, I received a very quick response in which Shari enthusiastically explained her services and offered her time. Shari and husband Frank (our photographer) helped make our wedding day VERY special! We were new to Ohio and had no idea where to begin. As soon as I contacted Shari and Frank, they made things start to happen for us. They even suggested a delightful place called Squires Castle for the ceremony and pictures. Being an older couple, we wanted something, quiet, peaceful and stress free. With the help of the Caruso team, our day was better than we could ever have expected!
