Center of Attention

Highering a wedding planner definatly relieved a ton of stress. Every time I called they would tell me not to worry, that they worry enough. I found myself caught up in the little details, but that was silly. They made everything absolutely wonderful. They didn't forget even the tiniest details. There were little things like I mentioned during our meetings like "he loves Nutella" and they had it for him in his room while he was getting ready.

They recommended nearly all of our vendors and quite honestly their recommendations were all great while mine from other sources like my photographer were not so great. Not listening to all of their vendor suggestions is probably my one regret. I wish they would have pushed a little harder here. They were so nice that sometimes I was afraid they were agreeing with me.

Looking at back at my pictures, I am amazed at just how perfectly everything magically came together. I know this is due entirely to them.

I can't think of any money that I spent on my wedding that was better spent than my wedding planners, Michele and Carrie at Center of Attention. At first I thought they were a bit expensive but when I went throught the process, they negotiated deals that saved me bundles. They even found service providers that were hidden gems I would never have found on my own. They as the date came closer they helped with last minute emergencies like finding a babysitter for one of my bridesmaids. They were there for me every step of the way.

Oh, I can't finish the review until I mention how calm they were on the wedding day. They talked softly and were in complete control. I am so happy I found them.

Center of Attention is the best service available. We interviewed many wedding coordinators, and only Michelle Fox-Gott was able to get a sense of who we were and provide a tailor made wedding that reflected our relationship, our personalities, and to do a phenomenal job within our budget. All of the other vendors we spoke to wanted to give us a cookie cutter wedding -- something they had done before, and/or were unwilling to commit upfront that they could provide a unique wedding within our budget. All of the staff at Center of Attention were delightful and very dedicated to bringing us the wedding we wanted with as little stress as possible. Center of attention helped us with every detail of the wedding from choosing a location to being there the day of and providing tons of things we never would have thought of ourselves. Working with Center of Attention had all of the benefits of working with family in that we knew they really cared about us, our wedding, and our well-being -- without any of the baggage that comes with working with family -- it was fantastic. After our wedding at least half of our guests told us that it was not only the best wedding they had every attended, but the best party or event they had ever attended. Michelle, and Center of Attention made that possible. They really listened to our wants and needs, added their professionalism, knowledge and sense of fun to the project and amazingly kept us on budget. Center of attention works off a percentage of your total budget. Since we gave Michelle the total amount of money we wanted to spend and their fee came out of that budget, it really was as if we were getting the services for free (or better since they saved us a lot of money because they had so many resources and knew how to work a budget). It feels odd to mention money here because what Michelle and all of the staff at Center of Attention provided was worth so much more than money. They gave us fun, elegance, and peace of mind in that we knew they could handle anything that was thrown at them and did. They allowed us to just enjoy our wedding without having to lift a finger the day of. If we could give them higher rankings we would.

Unlike many of my friends who went crazy while planning their weddings, I loved it, but I owe all of the non-sweat hours to my event planners at Center of Attention. They did all of the work and I just had to nod (and sign checks).

The wedding was flawless. Absolutely perfect.

I found Center of Attention on City Search, where they were rated in the top names of event planners with lots of really reviews from people who seemed to have been super happy. I gave them a call and wow!!! I love their energy. I am a little of a control freak and paniced when I hadn't received feedback during my location search for almost two weeks, then she called with an amazing list of possible places, prices, info....places I hadn't seen on any website. Just want to say, it's great to have a planner doing the work for you.

I absolutely loved working with Michele, Christine and Richard. At first I was disappointed that Michele couldn't be there on the day of my wedding (she had booked another event) so in her place she had Richard and Christine. They were amazing. Every detail was absolutely in place, in fact we hired a couple of vendors ourselves which were definatly the low points of the day. They wiped them into action. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy my wedding, my guests and my new husband.
