Chantelle was the day-of coordinator for my wedding. She is amazing! She is a very experienced professional. My wedding was much more calm and enjoyable because of her help.

Chantelle was by far the best thing that could have happened to us during our wedding planning. She was there from day one of our planning and never missed a beat. Chantelle always made herself available to us. She was very responsive and always returned our calls and e-mails promptly. Her professionalism far exceeded our expectations. I happen to be very control-freakish; my husband, not so much! But with Chantelle at the helm, I was truly able to let go and let her handle our wedding day.
She referred us to the most amazing vendors which saved us tons of time and gasoline here in Los Angeles because we didn't have to traverse the city looking for the perfect vendors. She acted as a liaison between us and our vendors which took pressure off of us as well. She has a knack for organization and order. She also knows how to keep a bride calm and even-keeled. And on the actual wedding day, she and her assistants busted their butts for us. As far as we know, our wedding day was PERFECT! How many newlyweds can say that?!?
Chantelle Louise Weddings comes highly recommended by us. You would be doing yourself the biggest favor in the world to have Chantelle coordinate your entire wedding. You will be so happy because I know we are!

During our rather large and complicated wedding, Chantelle was there for us at every moment, often anticipating and solving problems before they were noticed by anyone else. A true professional. Highly recommended. A++++

Chantelle was my saving grace on our October 2009 wedding day! She coordinated arrival/set up times with our vendors, made sure that vendors were paid on the day of our wedding, and even was the first one to have a cocktail ready for me post-ceremony! Chantelle was kind to our family members and wedding guests. She was responsive and professional. I highly recommend Chantelle to any LA-area bride looking for a wedding coordinator! Her services are worth every penny!

Chantelle was AMAZING!! I would hire her all over again. She came with me to all the vendor appointments and always made sure that I was comfortable with every single decision. I would highly recommend her to help plan your wedding!! It was worth every single penny!!

We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Chantelle Louise O’Callaghan. We feel so lucky to have found her. I interviewed 4 other “Day of” coordinators and none put me at ease so much as Chantelle. She is calm, reassuring, dedicated, and an absolute pro at what she does.
Although she was our “Day of” coordinator, Chantelle checked in with me periodically months before the wedding was to take place and answered all of my questions and provided candid advice on vendors and etiquette. She attended our final meeting/walk through at our wedding venue to make sure that she and the venue knew precisely where we wanted our items to be placed, how the tables would be set up, when various events would take place, etc.
She contacted all of our vendors, my maid of honor and the best man to introduce herself and make sure everyone understood their roles and responsibilities during the wedding.
When my makeup artist dropped out 2 days before my wedding because she came down with pneumonia, Chantelle immediately contacted me to make sure I did not freak out. On the morning of my wedding, she called me to make sure the replacement makeup artist was on time and called me afterwards as well to make sure I was satisfied with her services.
Chantelle is a logistical whiz. She created a diagram of our ceremony showing where our guests would sit, our attendants would stand, our gifts would be placed, and the order in which the processional and recessional would take place. Ours was an interfaith wedding with many components, so the diagram was extremely helpful. When I arrived at the ceremony site it was exactly as we had planned. Every item in its proper place.
During our rehearsal, Chantelle was patient and understanding when some of our guests were running late. She did not rush through the rehearsal. She brought copies of the diagram she created and made sure everyone understood exactly what they were to do, where they would stand and/or be seated and explained the different cues during the ceremony. She ran through this with us twice just to be sure I was comfortable.
Chantelle also worked with us to create an extremely detailed timeline making sure we had enough time for all the photographs we wanted, to do our first dance, to eat, make some table visitations, make toasts, do the hora, do the father/daughter mother/son dances, cut our cake and eat it too and do the money dance. Thanks to Chantelle, all of this was pulled off without a hitch.
About a week before our wedding, Chantelle gave me a detailed supplies list indicating every item needed for our ceremony and reception and who was providing what. This made my life super easy when it came time to pack everything up to be transported to the site. Due to her meticulous list, not a single thing was missing on the day.
Chantelle was on top of everything during the reception. When it was my maid of honor’s turn to make her toast she gave her a 5 minute warning. When my maid of honor responded that she wasn’t tipsy enough, yet, Chantelle came back to her table with a full glass of wine. What more could you ask for?
I honestly do not know what I would have done without Chantelle. I enjoyed every moment of my wedding because I knew everything was in good hands. I cannot gush about Chantelle enough. She made our wedding a dream come true.

I remember getting engaged and thinking..."how is this all going to come together". Looking back I can't believe it all happened so smoothly. Chantelle held our hands throughout the year as we kept adding different events (bagpipes, special reading for the family members who had passed, photos at each table, last minute surprises - she even helped us with family members who pushed our buttons). If it weren't for Chantelle, the day would not have been as special. I'm the kind of person who gets overwhelmed and I just shut down when it gets to be too much and toward the end of our engagement, I was beginning to get a wee bit nervous wondering it was all going to turn out beautiful. I could have easily just thrown in the towel and said, "enough - I don't want to make any more choices". I was just so "done". Chantelle helped me realize that each moment would be a lifelong memory for me and for my husband. She helped put it all into perspective. She was right...all those moments I can still relive and I'm so happy she was my coordinator. She took so much pressure off my shoulders because she is a professional, she is good at what she does.
If I could offer any advice to soon-to-be brides....your wedding is worth everything. You deserve to have a professional coordinate your special day. Please don't leave it up to chance or up to your favorite aunt Helga...:) Aunt Helga means well but she isn't a professional who does it for a living. Chantelle knows all the ins and outs and everything that "might" happen. She can foresee pitfalls and also will very likely save your relationship with your favorite Aunt Helga.
Have a beautiful wedding day!

I can't begin to tell you how much stress, anxiety, and panic attacks
Chantelle saved us from!! It was the wedding I've always dreamed of. I was
actually able to enjoy the whole day because I wasn't worrying about
the logistics, because I knew Chantelle would take care of everything
perfectly. Many of the guests said it was the best wedding they had
ever attended, and the view during the ceremony was timed perfectly with
the sunset...proof of Chantelle's flawless planning.

She was amazing!! I could not have pulled it off without her. Planning a wedding is fun but has alot of details involved. They are reasonable in price and offer different packages to choose from. Chantelle was always there for me every step of the way!!

I didn't think we would need a wedding planner... now we couldn't have had nearly as nice of a wedding (and a drama-free on!).

We would highly recommend that couples getting married use the services of a wedding planner. We were very happy with the service and thoughtfullness that the Chantelle Louise Wedding Company gave to us.
After meeting Chantelle we knew that we could relax on our wedding day. We are a very "hands on managers" type people, so it was nice to do be able to be very involved but not have the pressure on doing it all ourselves.
We absolultely loved our wedding and many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. Chantelle was a big reason why. She has a passion for creating the most memorable wedding experience possible.

We got married in 2006 and i still remember the day being a success. You won't regret having someone like Chantelle help you coordinate your event. She is so meticulous and is by your side thinking of little things you'll be too busy to remember. Getting married is so overwhelming and she makes everything manageable and let's you enjoy your day.
Dear Chantelle, we can't begin to adequately express our appreciation to you for your tireless efforts in making our dream beach wedding a lifetime memorable celebration. The wedding day and even the days leading up to the "big day" went by so fast that we often have to rely back on the photos (and still anticipating the video) to relive how great it was. Nonetheless, it was an incredible experience, and it all came off smoothly with your help. It was your calm and unflappable professionalism that kept everything smoothly on course and stress-free for us, making it only appear effortless. We, and our entire family are eternally grateful to you for making this event such an enjoyable experience. From my first meeting with you almost a year ago, until the last dance at the reception, it was a pure pleasure working with you.
Perhaps, the best measure of your success is reflected in the glowing responses of those who attended the wedding, many of which traveled far to share our special day with us. The overwhelming exclamation from everyone was a simple, unqualified "this wedding is the best wedding I've ever seen!" Our guests, who may well be the harshest critics of all, were exceedingly impressed that we were able to pull off the perfect beach wedding that most people only dream about. Their comments are a direct reflection of your knowledge, talent and professionalism. You were everywhere, doing everything, making sure every detail was attended to, yet many people were unaware of your presence unless we pointed you out.
As naive as it now sounds to us, we first looked at having a wedding coordinator as just another unnecessary aspect of the unfamiliar wedding world. After all, we had done most of the legwork by the time we met with you, not realizing of course that there were more to the "checklist" than it seemed. In retrospect, we find it downright scary that we ever considered planning the last few months leading up to the wedding from across the country without help. And so we are especially grateful for your unsurpassed efforts once we moved to the East Coast. Throughout the months of planning and continuing through the rehearsal, the wedding and the reception, you made sure everything was anticipated and completed on time. Yet, you were so organized and tactful in your approach that we had no problems welcoming your ideas. For a couple who very much like to stay in control, we would be lying if we said we never had a worry.. but, it was definitely minimized because you were there to assure us every step of the way and we were convinced that you would
carry the day out as we had dreamt.
We sincerely believe that you are incredibly good at what you do. We wish you all the best as you continue to help other couples experience their dream weddings. If you ever want to use us as a reference, please do so. We would be honored.
Thank you so very, very much,
Anna and Michael Finlay
RECOMMENDATION
Dear Bride-to-be:
Some women have been planning their wedding since birth. Then there are others, like me, who have not. Whether you fall under the sentiment of my first or second sentence, my response to you is the same. This is perhaps the most important day of your life, and you WILL need help. Take it from someone who was a project manager by trade and a control freak by nature. I realized the hard way that allowing a professional, like Chantelle, to take most of the load off was by far one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning.
Now don't get me wrong, your wedding day is still YOURS. It is the smallest of details that make a wedding so personal and special, and those are the decisions you make and the details that you will remember. However, Chantelle is the kind of person that will help steer you in the right direction without being obtrusive.
Chantelle tailors her service to fit your needs; so to say, that your needs are the same as mine would be presumptuous. I can only speak for myself and say that she did a fantastic job for my wedding. Family, friends and even strangers are equally blown away that we were able to pull off the perfect beach wedding that most people only dream about in their lifetime, but I can honestly say that that day wouldn't have been possible without Chantelle's knowledge, talent and professionalism.
We moved to the East Coast shortly before the wedding, and the last few months leading up to the "big day" would have been a nightmare without Chantelle's help. She was extremely prompt with exchanging phone calls and emails, followed up and finalized details with our vendors, and even met with my mom and my sister on several occasions. She ran a successful rehearsal (despite the tardy appearance from the bestman and maid-of-honor), and I loved how she was firm without crossing the line of being bossy. On the day of the wedding, Chantelle came ready and armed with two assistants, and that morning I decided to completely surrender the day to her expertise. All I was left to do was to enjoy the day. She made everything happen... from the smallest detail of making sure I had water when I needed it, to improvising a rather specific placecard setting I planned for after the florist forgot to bring the arrangement. It wasn't of course without effort, but so sly that if something went wrong, as a bride, I didn't know about it. And after all that was said and done, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again, but of course, I wouldn't need to. =)
You could only be so lucky to have Chantelle as your coordinator. She is great at what she does, and you will not regret it.
I wish you all the best,
Anna Finlay
THE KNOT
I cannot RAVE enough about Chantelle... Mike and I did a lot of the legwork, researching and booking the vendors and such, but Chantelle and her two assistants (Daisy and Gina) were the ones who made sure the day went according to "the plan". She was more than just supportive, especially when we made the move to the East Coast, was very prompt with every phone call and email, and even met several times with my mom and my MOH while I was gone. She's extremely detailed, and I could tell she was really excited to do the wedding which really put me at ease. She ran the rehearsal the day before at the actual beach site which went great, because she had diagrams for everything and was very stern on making sure everyone knew what to do the next day without being bossy. What I loved about her the most is she paid ATTENTION to me and Mike (not just the details of the wedding), which should be the number 1 character you look for when looking for a coordinator. She constantly made sure we had something to drink, that we were comfortable, and if we needed anything. She especially made sure I didn't stress out because it would be bad for the baby... By far, my favorite vendor!
To Whom It May Concern:
Chantelle helped us coordinate our wedding from day one. We weren’t positive we needed a wedding coordinator, but we were warned by family that the process was stressful and figured we could use an extra hand. Ten months, a dozen meetings, and hundreds of phone calls later, we don’t know how we could have possibly planned our wedding without her.
In the beginning Chantelle helped find and interview vendors. She kept in close contact with those that we had chosen, ensuring they were adequately planning to provide the services that we requested.
Chantelle also helped us prioritize wedding tasks, and reminded us when to do things such as get our marriage license and make installment payments to our vendors.
Perhaps most importantly, she created a detailed timeline and made sure all the vendors, members of the bridal party, and important family had a copy and knew what their role was on the day of the wedding. We had no idea how crucial this was until the day of, when everything is in a rush and we realized we never could have had enough time to make sure each person was doing what was needed.
During the week before our wedding, the weather became rainy and overcast. We were planning on having our ceremony outside, and had not considered a back-up plan. Chantelle, on the other hand, was fully prepared with a Plan B that went off without a hitch. Many guests told us later they thought we had always intended on having an intimate ceremony in front of a fireplace.
During the wedding, Chantelle was critical. She was calm and collected, yet she was busy doing a million things. She was in constant contact with the vendors, and all important members of the bridal party. She made her timeline flexible as situations arose, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Every time we realized we needed something, she was already there taking care of it. The entire day went incredibly well because Chantelle was in the background, smoothing out all the wrinkles. We have had friends tell us later that our wedding was “perfect” and that they had never been to a wedding where at least a few small things didn’t go wrong. Little did they know that unexpected problems did arise, but Chantelle took care of them long before any guests noticed.
What we write could not reflect how wholeheartedly we recommend Chantelle and her services. If you feel any doubt, as we did at first, we suggest you take the same path we chose, as Chantelle was an invaluable and integral part of our wonderful day.
Sincerely,
Bill and Liz Burger
To whom it May Concern:
My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to have met Chantelle. At first we didn’t feel it necessary to hire a wedding coordinator, but boy, were we wrong! Having Chantelle help us through the planning process was such a gift. Chantelle went above and beyond what we ever expected a wedding coordinator to do. From the beginning, we were always in touch with her, either by phone or email. She always made herself available for us no matter what. Not once did we have a difficult time reaching her. There was an incident that occurred where my husband and I had problems with our wedding invitations and Chantelle, away on a trip, took the time to call the invitation company to straighten out the issue.
Planning a wedding can definitely get hectic and fortunately for us Chantelle was there every step of the way. Her knack for details and organizational skills helped keep us sane during some of the chaotic moments in our planning process. This was evident when she skillfully organized the day’s timeline, a fun yet overwhelming part of the planning. She also attended all the important vendor meetings with us and would ask questions we never thought to ask. She was always on top of things, from knowing when each vendor payment was due to making sure our bridesmaids and groomsmen were all fitted for their dresses and tuxedos.
I was fortunate enough to see Chantelle in action before our wedding. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding Chantelle coordinated just weeks before mine. Seeing her hustle and bustle assured me that our wedding would run just as smoothly. And sure enough it did! She and her assistants did a terrific job working with the vendors to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to do and everything was where it needed to be. Don’t let her sweet demeanor fool you, because Chantelle has what it takes to get the job done. We highly recommend her to any bride and groom-to-be. She’s a genius at what she does and would be an asset to have!
Sincerely,
Erica Mekpongsatorn
