Chaplain Patrick is the best! My fiancee and I didn't even meet him in person until the day of our wedding, but we had 100% confidence the minute we spoke to him and heard his charismatic, powerful, confident voice on the phone. All of my guests were extremely impressed by his delivery and message during our short and sweet ceremony. He was able to customize our wedding to our liking and we included a "tree watering ceremony" in place of a unity candle since our wedding venue was outdoors. We highly recommend him - extremely reliable and accommodating to our needs and wishes. What a great day!!!

We were so fortunate to find Chaplain Patrick as our Officiant for our civil union. You won't find a more personable, pleasant human being for the job. Chaplain Patrick is very professional. Chaplain Patrick Anthony was amazing! My husband and I needed an Officiant for our wedding but had no idea who to ask. We found his name online and set up an appointment. We were very hesitant finding someone online without any references from friends but Chaplain Patrick was helpful right from the beginning. He is extremely professional but makes you feel like a friend with his kind, easy-going personality. He worked with us to create just the right type of ceremony, a ceremony our friends and family loved; they had never heard anything like it before. And even though his obligations stopped there, his help did not. The day of the wedding my DJ didn't show until after I arrived...I did not know he wasn't there until I got to the Ceremony. Chaplin Patrick hopped in the limo and explained to me what was going on and he was so calm I couldn't help but be calm also. He explained that even if we had to get my guests to hum my introduction music, we would make it work. He truely was so much more than I couldn've hoped for. I would never want to imagine my special day without him.

My husband and I were married this past December and couldn't imagine a more perfect ceremony!! Rev Yvonne was amazing, it was an absolute beautiful ceremony. She genuinely cares for what you want and wants to make it super special for your day! I randomly found Chaplain Patrick online and within a hour of emailing him I had an appointment at the cutest little coffee shop. As soon as he let me buy him his hot chocolate I knew I had found the right man. He blew away any expectation I had for my ceremony. The best part about him being apart of our special day was you could tell how much he loved being there, and how much you met to him to be able to be apart of something so special. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and i truly hope to remain in contact with him. and hopefully in 25 years, he can be renewing our vows!

You can almost always see the love between the bride and the groom.... but you can tell from the moment that your first meet him, that Patrick loves, and believes in the beautiful moments that he presides over. (And... he saved the day when he reminded my daughter to pick up her marriage license at the rehearsal!!!)

My now husband & I went through two other officiants before we finally just happened across Chaplain Patrick. One was in north NJ & wouldn't travel here to meet us before the wedding & the other demanded the ceremony ( what we thought to be ) overly religious. So for our wedding we decided to have it on site . We had no clue how to 'set up' the out line of the wedding ceremony so to speak (we were used to just seeing a Catholic ceremony in a church). Chaplain Patrick met with us, offered & guided us through many different suggestions. Upon meeting him, Chaplain is very laid back, go with the flow, type of man, but all the while instilling the utmost confidence that at least this part of your wedding will flow quite smoothly. He has a sense of humor & is very well spoken. I received MANY compliments after the wedding, people asking if I knew him personally! Thats just how warm & well he delivered! Oh, also excellent communication! You would be surprised how many people ie: vendors & such don't email or call you back in decent time.
So my husband and I couldn't be more happy with the ceremony, we recommended our engaged cousin to him. We shall see!

Chaplain Patrick was the perfect officiant for our wedding ceremony. We found him by chance but are extremely glad that we did. He tailored our ceremony to our wishes, including only the traditions that we wanted to be included. He is young but incredibly knowledgeable and helped us greatly in deciding how we wanted our ceremony to transpire. My husband and I were both incredibly nervous during our ceremony, but Chaplain Patrick helped us greatly by whispering instructions to us, making sure we did what we were supposed to and not make fools out of ourselves. When my fiance' and I finally decided to get married, we left hardly anytime to plan anything. We found Chaplain Patrick's site and contacted him to set up an initial meeting. No lie we had a reply and an appointment set within 2 hours. When we first met him, within 5 minutes we knew he was the right fit for us. He was very professional and gave many suggestions that would make our wedding one to remember. When the day finally arrived so did Hurricane Irene. Chaplain Patrick was open and so helpful with all the changes we had to make that day. From changing locations to time changes he was right there to lend a hand. FAQ for Chaplain Patrick & Associates
The possibilities are endless. You can have your wedding anywhere you want. I have officiated wedding ceremonies in reception halls, on the beach, in parks, in back-yards and in living rooms. This is your wedding, where do you want it to be? Can we write our own vows? I have many vow selections that you can choose from. You can also elect to write you own vows if you wish. If you need help writing your vows, just let me know. I have a little bit of experience with this and I'm happy to help. Do you marry those who have been divorced? Yes, I will marry you. Do you officiate non-religious ceremonies? Your wedding can be as religious or non-religious as you like. Since I am an ordained Christian minister, I do ask that there be an acknowledgement of God during your ceremony. Do we have to have a rehearsal? You don't have to have a rehearsal, but it's a good idea especially if you have a large wedding party. I am available for rehearsals if you wish (and if my calendar permits). If you're having your wedding at a reception hall, the staff at the facility may also be able to assist you with a rehearsal. My only request is at if you wish to schedule me for a rehearsal, that you do not have the rehearsal on a Friday or Saturday since these days book up for other weddings. We want to have a ceremony that is a little out of the ordinary. Will you work with us on this? I can't give a simple yes or no answer for this question. It really depends on what your are looking for. I am VERY open minded and might even have a suggestion or two to make your wedding even more out of the ordinary. Here are three things I won't do: I won't officiate a wedding underwater (it's hard to talk with a breathing device). I won't officiate a wedding while freefalling from an airplane (if I'm jumping out of a plane, I want to concentrate only on when to pull the parachute). I won't officiate a wedding while dressed in costume, even at a Halloween wedding (everyone else can dress any way they like). We have children and want to include them. Can this be done? Absolutely, there are many ways that children can be incorporated into a wedding ceremony. This is a great thing for us to discuss at an initial meeting. What do we do with the marriage license after the ceremony? I will ask you to give me the license before the ceremony begins. After the ceremony, I will get the signatures from your witnesses (usually the best-man and maid-of-honor). I will supply you with a carbon copy of the license and then I will file it with the appropriate Registrar of Vital Statistics. You will be able to pick up a copy of the official record (with the raised seal) from the Registrar of the township where the ceremony took place. It is usually ready for pick up after you've been married for two weeks. There is a link at the top of the page with very detailed marriage license info. Do you provide a location or music? I can provide location suggestions but it will be up to you to secure a location. I'm sorry that I can not provide music for the ceremony. It's hard to DJ and officiate at the same time. How long does the ceremony last? Your wedding ceremony can be as long or short as you want. Typically my ceremonies last anywhere from 15-25 minutes. Will you marry people of different faiths? Absolutely. Should we mail you a wedding invitation? I do not ask that you send me an invitation, but if you want to send me one it will make a very nice addition to my wedding scrapbook. Should we invite you to the reception? It's rare that I stay for an entire wedding reception. Typically, I will hang about and mingle with your guests for about 45 minutes after the end of the ceremony, then I will make my quiet exit.
