Errol and the staff at CCC were very friendly from the first meeting and made us feel comfortable with our budget and ideas. Errol is very responsive on the phone and through email and answered questions and requests all the way up to the day before the wedding. Many of our guests commented that our reception food was the best they had had at a wedding!! If you are looking for good food with great value-for-dollar possibilities, Charm City is where it's at!

We are very pleased with the food, service, and flexibility. Erroll was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning. This is definitely a NO FRILLS catering service, but they definitely deliver. If you want a very fancy tasting and a lot of fluff then go for the bigger more expensive caterers. However, if you want delicious food, no nonsense, and simplicity, then I recommend Charm City Catering. We had two tastings in Erroll's office and each time the food was delicious. He worked with our budget and gave very helpful suggestions. Our wedding day ran smoothly and the food was GREAT! Everyone commented on how good the food was and even how helpful the catering staff had been. We had a medium-sized wedding (75 p) and it was a great choice for us! Thanks Erroll!

Charm City Caters are amazing. They were near my home so i didn't have to drive so far, at my wedding the were going above and beyond what a normal cater would do. They completely set up my reception area, the lady Tanya did anything I asked with a smile. The prices are amazing... $10.50 a person for spaghetti, caesar salad, roast beef, honey glazed ham, and french pastries. The food was sooooo yummy!! I totally recommend Charm City Caters.

As the venue we chose did not provide their own caterer, we had to find our own. Because the cost of the venue was higher (but worth it!) we could only budget $3500 for the caterer. We unfortunately got what we paid for. Actually, I won a certificate to this caterer at the bridal expo and, as money was tight, thought it would work out. Although service and food on the night was alright, the company was a disaster to work with all the way up to the day of the wedding. The tasting was on a picnic bench in the manager's office, the manager ignored phone calls and messages, coming up with every excuse to why they couldn't do this and that (including blaming it on her two sons...). She definitely let her personal life blend with professional life. One week before the wedding, after 2 weeks of ignored phone calls, etc, I was shopping around for a different caterer. Finally, after my fiance called and unfortunately had to use the magic words "law suit" she called me back. Unlike her, the servers on the night were mainly professional and polite, even though they didn't know how to set up the bar and let the wine sit in the sun for 2 hours before being served (in addition to goldfish that sat in the sun... yes. they started floating to the surface half-way through the reception!). My advice, pay more and get a better, more reliable caterer.... unless you like undo stress hours before the "I-do's!" Really, all I needed to write on this review was... you get what you pay for.

Great food at a great price. Tanya had if all under control. While I hear the caterer was late I didn't notice. Everyone enjoyed the food and her staff was very attentive.
