Heather and Jamie are great. As what everyone says they're the best :) Our first email communication made me want to book them right away and after debating a little bit we met with them and booked on the spot. In the months coming up to the wedding they were always very quick to respond and were helpful in anyway that they could be. On the day of they definitely delivered! They set up my church, organized the processional and even sped along the receiving line. Once they got to My reception hall they made sure everyone was on the same page and executed my vision to perfection. Before they left for the night they handed out tips to all my vendors and made sure everything was good. I'd definitely recommend the Cheeky girls ! They were so helpful leading up to the day and on the day of. Heather and Jamie are an AMAZING team and peace of mind on your day!

The Cheeky girls were such a huge help in making my wedding day feel like a scene from a fairy tale. They truly are professionals and do an amazing job at wedding planning. They helped me achieve the perfect balance of romantic and elegant with a hint of Christmas (thanks girls!!). Everyone had a fabulous time and my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing the whole day of our wedding. They also were a major help through the planning process. They helped come up with cute decor ideas and the color scheme for my centerpieces. I was planning my wedding from another state so having them recommend great vendors was super helpful. They also came to the rescue two days before my wedding when my hotel was giving me a hard time about providing transportation to and from the hotel for my out of town guests like they had promised. I was at my final fitting when Heather told me not to worry and that she would take care of it. She called back within a few hours and ended up getting us 2 shuttles so our guests would not have to wait. They found me a great videographer 2 weeks before my wedding after I realized that I wanted one last minute (he was awesome too). They also were able to get me hairdressers 1 week before my wedding after a hair trial disaster by a woman I had booked on my own. The hairdressers had 8 girls to take care of and they did a fantastic job! The Cheeky girls pay close attention to detail and they will help to make you feel relaxed on your wedding day. I would highly recommend them!
The saddest part of my wedding day was seeing them go. I loooove these girls so much wishing there were 100 stars instead of 5. The best money we spent. The day of our wedding I was truly worry free thanks to Jamie and Heather. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful with all my questions. I was really hung up on having a DOC for the day of the wedding. I didn’t know if the extra expense would be worth it, but IT SURE IS!!! I highly recommend having a DOC. Westbury Manor’s coordinators are good but the one YOU hire for YOURSELF is FOR YOU. It’s a different kind of service. Heather & Jamie always popped into with asking how I was doing and little countdowns. I enjoyed that. We always kept touch and any questions I had, they always were there to answer.
The day of the wedding: Both Jamie & Heather came to the hotel to help organize the church stuff and be of any assistance. Well, I can say that they were. As I was getting dress, my dress ripped on the bottom and THANK GOD FOR THESE TWO ANGELS!!!!!!!!!!!! They sewed me back up and NO ONE noticed!!!
Reception: They set up the room along with the staff of Westbury Manor beautifully. I provided detailed instructions that they followed to the tee. They made sure all the vendors were there, and ready to go. And given the short notice to set up everything, they did it!!!!! And believe me IT WAS NOT AN EASY TASK! They gathered all my belongings and secured them in the bridal suite. I rented a few items from them for the wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so thankful and so very happy I hired them. It was a piece of mind and if I had to do it all over again, I would hire them without a second thought! You ladies are fabulous!!

When I first got engaged, I didn't know when and where to start planning. It was very overwhelming for me. I didn't want to be stressed out on my wedding day so why not hire a DOC? Upon doing my wedding research, I stumbled upon liweddings.com. I have read great reviews about Cheeky Glam Events, so why not check them out? I met up with them and booked them right away. The responded quickly to any of my questions from the day I booked with them, even the silly ones. When I needed help with the design of my centerpieces, they were always helpful in giving me the best opinion as if it was their own wedding. They helped me calm my nerves before and during the wedding. On my wedding day, I was stress free! I enjoyed every minute of my wedding. I got a lot of compliments of how smoothe my wedding went. If it wasnt for these girls I would not have a successful and stress free wedding day. I would totally recommend them to any brides. They are worth every penny! Like others have said, I wish I could give them more stars!!!. From the moment I booked them, over a year before our wedding date, they were always there to help. They respond so quickly, and because they're recent brides themselves..they understand so much and are able to answer every question possible!!. I'm not gonna lie, my mom and my girlfriends and husband were so skeptical! they didn't understand why I NEEDED these Cheeky girls! but the closer we got to the wedding date, and showing them all of these amazing reviews on every single wedding site possible, really convinced them. But nothing convinced them more than seeing them in action on the wedding day. My mom and bridal party were blown away by how amazing they are!. I unfortunately wasn't able to have Heather (my wedding day was her 1yr anniversary!!), but I did have Jaime and her awesome assistant Gina, and they went above and beyond the call of duty!!. Like Bethany, I was a post Sandy hurricane bride..I also got married that weekend after the mega storm hit. The Wednesday before our wedding, my venue was still out of power and my florist was nowhere to be found. That day, after a recommendation from Cheeky, I booked a new florist and on Friday, booked a new venue. It was the most insane, most stressful and most draining week of my life. I was in tears most days, but on Thursday night when I went to visit Jaime with my best friend and husband, she was a life saver. I was a wreck that day, and seeing her and having her help pick up the pieces was more than I can put into words. Book these girls, you will NOT regret it. They were one of our least expensive vendors, but one of the most invaluable assets! these girls are priceless, so book them now!!!
I just love Heather and Jamie! If I could give them a million stars I would! They were available to answer any questions I had along the way during my planning, calm me down when I had my moments of freaking out, recommend vendors, etc. etc. I can honestly say that my wedding day was even more amazing having them there. First off, there were a bunch of little details that I envisioned in my head and wanted but never got around to because of the choas from Hurricane Sandy (like printing pics for my card box!). They took care of everything that day and set it up exactly how I pictured it - without any guidance from me. We were never able to have our final meeting because of the hurricane so Heather and I went over pretty much everything on the phone while our cell phones were still charged. We were able to confirm all of my vendors (except my florist) but since I didn't have final meetings with anyone there was a lot of info that needed to get back to each vendor. Heather and Jamie took care of it so I could enjoy my day. There were some changes that needed to be relayed to my dj and they were on it right away. Thankfully Heather had extra copies of the readings for my ceremony bc my second reader didn't have the print out. I could go on and on. These girls are rock stars. Hiring Cheeky was one of the best decisions I made! Thank you Cheeky!!
Cheeky Glam can be described as a breath of fresh air. From the moment I woke up on the day of my wedding to the minute I was ready to head to the hotel, they were there taking care of everything. Without them, my day would not have gone as perfect as it did. I had NO intentions of hiring wedding planners for the day of my wedding. However, after seeing them in action for my cousin's wedding 3 weeks before mine I said :" oh hell yeah"!! Watching how these girls regulate the wedding party & coordinate with each vendor to make sure everything goes according to plan was exactly what I hired them for!!! They on it & they stay on it !!! They work with you & for you!!! What made me give these girls such a high mark is their ability & special skills when it comes to kids!!! I have never seen anyone handle toddlers like these girls have!!! It's AMAZING'! !! it's like they got the MAGIC TOUCH or something it's crazy!! They're GREAT at what they do, but I swear if they wanna switch professions and be nannies I 'll hire them for that too!! Lol'!!...
When I first brought up hiring a DOC to my husband he (as well as the rest of my family) thought I was crazy since I am super organized to begin with. But I have never planned a wedding and I knew I needed some help. I heard fantastic reviews about the ladies at Cheeky Glam. After our first meeting with Jamie my husband was sold, he knew we were in great hands. Throughout my planning process Jamie was very responsive to any questions and freak outs I may have had. On the day of the wedding I was able to breathe a sigh of relief when Jamie and Christina showed up. Whatever last minute request I had they were on top of it. We had some cards that we needed handed out to the family and they did that so I didn't have to worry, they took my husbands extra vest, shirt, and tie to the reception. They took charge and I had nothing to worry about - from hooking the little hooks on my dress, to seeing a groomsmans pants, and even putting my nose ring in after mass (thanks Christina). I was so sad to see the ladies leave at the end of the night. They are worth their weight in gold and will recommend them to everyone.
Let me start by saying, for my own wedding, I had planned on hiring Cheeky Glam for Day of Coordination services, but my mother in law and a few friends gave me a hard time and told me they didnt think it was necessary...I ended up cancellling and looking back, it was my BIGGEST wedding regret! We ran super late for pictures, I had to dicate to everyone on what to do and where to go ALL DAY and no one would pay attention! My photographer missed a TON of important photos because your head is such a blur that day you can't possibly remember to remind him that you need a picture with this aunt and this cousin...needless to say, if I had had a DOC there working for ME and MY best interest only, that knew exactly how I wanted the day to go and everything I wanted to accomplish, the day COULD have been perfect and stress free. Anyway, when it came time for my sister to get married the following year, I INSISTED that we hire Cheeky Glam and we both agreed it was the BEST investment for her wedding. Her wedding was nothing short of perfect and amazing. We made perfect time the entire day, she got pictures of everyone and everything she wanted. Her ceremony & reception were flawless and she was able to enjoy the entire day without having to direct anyone or explain anything. Needless to say, from someone that has had experience with and without Cheeky Glam, I can tell you that for the most important day of your life, its a very small price to pay to ensure everything is as you dreamed it to be. These girls go out of there way to ensure you have the most perfect wedding day possible. They are truly talented and amazing at what they do. No wedding is complete without Cheeky Glam!!!
The ladies of Cheeky Glam were phenomenal as I planned my wedding. I hired them as day of coordinators, but they were much more than that. I cannot say enough good things or express how invaluable they were to me especially in the days leading up to the wedding. Any time I had a silly question, a concern, I emailed them and, like magic, a response arrived in my email within minutes. And not just a response - everything they said and did was with such enthusiasm, it was is if was THEIR special day as well. The Cheeky Glam girls made sure everything ran smoothly - including distributing tips envelopes, wrangling bridesmaids and helping us stick to our very tight timeline. When my bustle broke halfway through my reception, I sent my hubby to find Heather and within seconds she was in the bridal suite and under my dress making repairs. I would suggest Cheeky Glam to any bride or groom who want to ensure they'll have a beautiful and worry free wedding day.
Words can not express how grateful I am for Cheeky Glam! I was able to enjoy my wedding day from beggining to end! Your wedding day is the most expensive day of your life and you can hire the best vendors but without Cheeky Glam to coordinate your wedding day you will for sure encounter issues. The Cheeky Glam girls are amazing. They can in while we were getting hair & makeup done & tended to my 3 month old while mom & sis where busy. They also came prepared when the baby spit-up on my daughter's dress. Had it not been for them, my day wouldn't been more crazy then it was. They are well worth the money and would use their services again.
The girls were extremely helpful and supportive throughtout the entire process setting us up with excellent vendors and overall helping to make our wedding an extremely memorable experience. We would recommend them to anybody we know who is planning a wedding.
The Cheeky Glam girls are fabulous. We hired them as day-of coordinators and they did not disappoint. They helped to ensure that everything went by smoothly the day-of. During their interview, you will be asked questions that you never thought of, so I was glad to have them to think about those things for me. At first my husband did not understand why we were hiring them. In the end, he totally did and didn’t regret the decision. My entire bridal party loved them and they did a great job with the little ones in the party including our daughter. They kept them busy which was great. After my wedding my cousin/moh who was getting married in three weeks also hired them. Having a day-of coordinator is a must and these girls are the BEST and worth the investment.
I never thought that I needed a DOC, but let me tell you, I could not have done it without them. Heather & Jamie were my angel's from heaven. They were there to answer any and all questions I had. The last two weeks when the stress is too much to handle, they just took over for me and I was able to finally able to let go and relax. Let me tell you, the day of the wedding, they made sure that everything was just perfect and just the way I wanted it. They made sure tht every detail was just the way we talked about in our meetings. I could not have asked for more than what these two fantastic ladies did for us on the most perfect day of our lives.

My husband and I got married at a vineyard in September 2012. Since we needed to bring in our own caterer, rentals, and all vendors, there were a lot of pieces that needed to fall into place to make this important day flow smoothly. This could not have occurred without Heather and Jamie...they were our godsends! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to these ladies. Our caterer's executive chef was hit by a car just a few days before our wedding, and that could have been a huge problem had Heather and Jamie not stepped in to work directly with my caterer to remedy any issues before I was even aware that they had occurred!!
The service they provide is impeccable, timely, and professional, and even more importantly, they become your friends throughout the planning process! This is important because then you can truly feel comfortable with them on your wedding day (who would want to be with two people who they feel uncomfortable or awkward around for the ENTIRE day...but that was not the case with these ladies). Their pricing is so reasonable for the quality of service and support that they provide throughout the planning and on the day-of.
Working with Heather and Jamie as our DOCs was one of the best decisions we made. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!
Where do I begin! From the moment I met with Heather and Jamie over a year before our wedding we clicked. I wasn't looking for a full wedding planner, I was looking for someone to help me on the day of, I was planning a specific theme with a TON of details. Being that I had done a bunch of events in the past myself I was anal about details and it was really hard for me to give up control but I knew I had to in order to enjoy my day. After meeting with Heather & Jamie I knew they were it, I walked out of that meeting and had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. From that moment on they were there for any question I had throughout the planning process, they were such a help!
Flash forward to the day of and they were my dream team. The week leading up to the wedding they were there, there for every detail with me, the final walk through, etc. I gave them a packed of about 13 excel sheets and they didn't flinch, ha! The day of they arrived when we were getting ready and I handed over all important items to them including tips, rings and wedding license. I felt so relieved knowing they had the important things covered. They went over to our venue to set up all 30 boxes of our details that we had dropped off. Everything was set up to perfection! We had a little issue with the weather, our ceremony was supposed to be outside and there was a lot to set up. Unfortunately there were tornadoes on our wedding day in NY, TORNADOES!!! We had about 20 mins to move and set up everything inside, along with Giorgios and our florist they brought the outside, inside and NAILED it! They were then there throughout the night to make sure everything went smoothly and stayed till the end to pack everything back up for us to pick up the next day.
Our day would NEVER have been as perfect as it was without Cheeky. They are the dream team and are worth every penny. At first my husband wasn't sure we needed a DOC, he is now singing their praises and so thankful we found them!
I'm the kind of person who is a planner and a perfectionist. Within a few months of our engagement we had all our major vendors booked and I was able to get started on the "little details". Throughout the remains of the planning process, Heather had been my go-to person for any questions. If I was stressed, she was there for me. And all that was just BEFORE the wedding. I hired them from day of services, and they did so much for me before the day of! My wedding day was perfect, with the help of Cheeky. We had a few small glitches that came up, Heather and her assistant, Gina handled every one of them, and I didn't have to worry about anything. I'm the kind of person who stresses every little detail, but not on my wedding day.
After the wedding, my Dad even came up to me and asked "who was the girl with the clipboard" I told him that was my DOC, and he RAVED about Heather and her assistant. That's the only one of my wedding vendors my Dad said a word about. He knows exactly how I am, and knew that they helped to keep me stress free on my big day.

I clicked on "wedding planning" because "Baby Shower" was not an option. However, that does not change my review a bit. My husband and I knew we wanted to plan our baby shower ourselves, as taboo as that may seem to some. But we had a very specific idea in mind and really wanted to celebrate our way. I found these Cheeky ladies online and got in touch right away. Truth be told I was a little embarrassed about the reaction I might get about planning my own shower...but that was not the case here! I had my initial conversation with Heather and her excitement put me right at ease. We spoke about my ideas and visions, and she fueled my excitement with her responses and ideas. Shortly there after we met both lovely ladies in person...and I felt like I was hanging out with two girlfriends I've known forever. We hired them immediately, and we truly could not have been happier. They embraced our ideas, and provided us with excellent service, vendor recommendations, and most important for a first time pregnant woman...guidance! On the day of the event, they showed up and literary made my dream come true! Every detail, just as we envisioned and more! I could so not have done this without their help. And my husband's sanity was spared because he knew I could count on them. We had a great time working with them! and we had a blast at our shower because of them! We can't wait to plan the next one!

Where do I start... I have no family here in the US and my husband's family does not speak English, having that said we had no help from anyone though out the planning process. I did not even think twice before hiring Cheeky Glam, and I'm oh so happy I did!!! <3 From countless number of emails I sent, through panic attacks and teary moments, the Cheeky Glam Girls have always been there for me!!! Dress falling off, florist being late, they took care of it all and I'm sure even more that they wouldn't let me notice. There are not enough words to express how awesome these ladies are. I was one of those brides that had it all together, all written out. But the Day of I had some issues that no Bridal attendant could handle! Cheeky stepped up and help with minor things like the guys forgetting their boutonnières at the hotel to my photobooth company cancelling right before my ceremony!!! Not only that while I was on my honeymoon they stayed on top of that issue for me, and in the end I got my refund. They are very professional, detailed, organized and such a pleasant personalities to have for the day of my wedding. Love them!
The ladies of Cheeky Glam were phenomenal as I planned my wedding. I hired them as day of coordinators, but they were much more than that. Any time I had a silly question, a concern, or completed one of my DIY projects, I emailed them and, like magic, a response arrived in my email within minutes. And not just a response - everything they said and did was with such enthusiasm, it was is if was THEIR special day as well.
Leading up to the wedding, I put a lot of thought into the details of the day and created a meticulous plan for how everything should go. The Cheeky Glam girls made sure everything ran smoothly - including distributing gifts to some of my cousins who were celebrating a birthday or a graduation. They were even right by my side when we were search for my new husband for Greek dancing.
The biggest downside of getting married is not having an excuse to email these girls!
The Cheeky Glam ladies were a great asset throughout the wedding planning process. They were never more than a phone call or email away whenever I needed vendor suggestions or advice. I met with Jamie a few times to go over all of my hopes, fears and ideas for the wedding and she was eager to help with all of them.
On our wedding day, Jamie came with Christina to my house and both jumped into action the minute that they walked into my front door. They handled every detail, payment and tip. They made sure my LARGE bridal party was focused and ready. Christina even carried one of the Junior Groomsmen in the June heat after he fell and got a scrape.
After taking pictures in 100 degree heat, they steamed and checked my dress for spots...while making sure not a hair on my head was out of place. Christina bustled my dress quickly and easily so that my Matron of Honor could enjoy the night without interruption.
Throughout the night, they made sure every detail I planned went off without a hitch, and worked as my advocate with all of my vendors to carry them out. Working with them will be a positive experience and definitely ease your stresses on your wedding day!
What can I say about these girls that hasn't already been said because they rock! They had me at hello and our first meeting. I felt like I was sitting with two of my oldest friends and just chatting all things wedding the entire time. I booked them on the spot after our meeting and they were so great with everything with the planning going into the wedding not just the day of. From which cigar roller to use, how to approach the timeline, working with my reception hall and just overall peace of mind for the wedding, I would've paid triple what they charge. They are more than just wedding planners, they are friends that will kick butt if anyone gets in the way of a perfect day. There were certainly some issues I had to deal with the day of the wedding (family, vendors) and with one glance to Cheeky they knew exactly who to deal with and how. I also had a rather large wedding party and everyone loved them. BOOK CHEEKY GLAM NOW!!!
I can not stress enough how amazing Heather and Jaime are! They truly are the fairy godmothers of weddings. From our first meeting I knew that it was the beginning of something special. They were so responsive with emailing me back whenever I had questions and even helped me through some little dilemas I was going through. They are priceless and are miracle workers. I wanted something unique for my wedding and they helped me accomplish that! I can't express how appreciative I am of both of them and hope to start planning more events soon just so I can see them again! :) Best decision ever!
Jaime and Heather were worth much more than the money paid for their services. They were responded to any and all questions I had during the planning process and when I finally met Jaime, she made me feel a lot less stressed about the details of my wedding day. From the day I contacted them to the day of the wedding I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were extremely helpful. I was in touch with them all the time through emails and never had to worry about anything. I don't know what to say about these amazing ladies that has not already been said. From the moment we met, we hit it off. They made me feel like they would come through for me on my day, & save me if need be, lol!! I wasn't even considering having DOC's, but I read a review & decided "why not just talk to them?". And I am so glad I did. My husband was all for it, however he couldn't really grasp WHY we would need them. But let me tell you this. My best friend just got engaged, and the first thing that came flying out his mouth was "HIRE CHEEKY!!!!" lol... We have no doubt that the reason we ENJOYED our wedding day is because my "Cheeky Glam Dream Team" made sure that we had no worries :) On every other day of our life we say "Let go & let God"... On our wedding day we "let go & let Cheeky". They are sweet, professional, genuine, funny & ON POINT! Everyone in my camp is still talking about how amazing they were & worth every penny AND THEM SOME!!! GO CHEEKY :)
I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in which Cheeky was the coordinator and I felt the need to write a review. I was so impressed with the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail these ladies showed. They were a true pleasure to work with and they made sure the bride was completely happy relaxed and attended to. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I am right up there with all the OCD brides, totally psycho with details and I knew exactly how I wanted everything to work out the day of my wedding. Then I got to thinking....hmmm.. who is going to execute all my little details and make sure everything goes perfectly while I am enjoying my actual wedding day. Then I found Cheeky...God's gift to the Bride and Groom. They are amazing and just as OCD as me when it comes to wedding planning. They made it so easy for me to just sit back and relax and know that everything would be taken care of. They didn't flinch and my thousand emails with random thoughts, they actually loved them. Including one asking them to make sure I had mashed potatoes at the end of the evening to take home with me..random yes but a total must for me after a few drinks! Not only were they on top of everything, but they are genuinely nice people who really care about you and your wedding. You can tell they love what they do which makes it so easy to work with them. So for any bride who wants to enjoy their wedding day, I HIGHLY recommend Jamie and Heather, they are an awesome team and will do anything they can to make sure your day goes seamlessly!!!
To the casual observer, you probably wouldn’t have thought I needed day of coordinators (DOCs). I was a really organized, detail-oriented bride who truly enjoyed planning my wedding and adding in personal touches for the day and had very specific visions in mind for how everything would be executed. I also had my ceremony and reception at the same venue and the package included a bridal attendant and a maitre d to attend to all of my needs and wants on the big day. What could go wrong? So for the first few months of planning my wedding, I didn’t consider adding a DOC to my list of vendors. I figured I could handle it on my own and I didn’t think my budget could accommodate the cost of a DOC. Through the world of social media, I came to learn about Cheeky Glam and that DOCs weren’t as expensive as I thought. Once I started to think about all of the moving parts of a wedding day and how I didn’t want to burden myself or a family member with choreographing everything, and realized that the attendants provided to me by my venue ultimately worked for the venue’s best interests, not mine – I was sold on the idea of a DOC. Enter Cheeky Glam. When I first met them, their energy and passion for their business and for weddings was very evident. I considered their rates at the time I booked them to be a complete bargain and even more so after I saw their hard work in action on my wedding day. Throughout the planning process, they were always very responsive to any questions I had for them and available to bounce ideas off of. Leading up to the wedding, it was such a relief to know they were confirming all of my vendors, getting the drivers’ cell #s for our day of transportation and getting together a binder of all of my details/demands/contracts/wishes/dreams. The day of, they showed up on time (actually, I think they were early) and immediately went to work learning from my hairdresser how to take out my veil for later, crossing off shots from my “must have” photo list with my photographers and getting everyone and everything in place, on time. They even helped hand out my programs because I hadn’t designated a friend or family member to do it. They were on top of their game from start to finish. I have no idea if there were any major problems during the wedding because I had them to deal with it. As far as I know, my wedding went off without a hitch. My bridesmaids loved them for their emergency double stick tape and eyelash glue and my family raved about Heather and Jamie after the wedding for being so great and helpful. Even some of our guests who noticed my Cheeky worker bees buzzing about were impressed with their hard work. I never had any doubt they would completely deliver on their promises and they absolutely did, and then some. For the bride that thought she thought of everything, Cheeky Glam took things to the next level and I was so grateful to have them....
I feel like I could write a novel about Cheeky Glam. When I first met these lovely ladies they were so energetic and excited about weddings. They answered every question I had before I even asked it. I felt like I was in perfect hands. For a whole year before I was married I kept in constant contact with them asking questions and telling them details about my wedding. On the day off they had all my information from the past year! They made sure that everything was the way I wanted it and that my must take picture list was taken care of. Whenever I was stressed they were there to calm me down. They steamed my dress and everyone in my bridal party. They made sure me and my hubby looked fab at all times. At the end of the night they packed all my things and knew to leave my black bag behind that had all my personal belongings and checked me into my hotel. They decorated my room with items from my wedding. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without them because I had so many little details. Cheeky Glam are my fairy godmothers!
I was skeptical towards hiring a wedding coordinator because I love to plan and I can be a bit of a control freak, I viewed it as an unnecessary expense. However, when my fiance and I moved to Maryland in the middle of the planning process I decided to hire a coordinator. Jamie and Heather were absolutely amazing. They made sure everything ran smoothly the day of and also checked in with me about 100 times before the wedding. The crossed every T and dotted every I. They seriously did not stop moving all day. They did chair sashes, programs, menus, ribbon wands, rose petals, moved flowers, and put out favors around all before my wedding started, they also filmed my ceremony and kept track of all the pictures that had been taken. The helped me with my dress and shoes all day and oversaw everything that was happening. Leading up to the wedding and the day of, they made it much easier for me to relax and enjoy being a bride. I actually enjoyed every moment of my wedding and did not run around all day getting things done like many brides do. If a problem arose, big or small, I knew they could handle it for me so that I could enjoy my day with my husband and guests.
Jamie and Heather have a true gift in that they are sincerely excited and concerned for the happiness of every couple they work with. I know they probably work on several wedding per week but they made me feel like I was the only bride that mattered to them from the second I booked with them all the way on to my wedding. I highly recommend Cheeky Glam to any bride who is considering a planner/cordinator.
I like most people was not sure if I needed the assistance of a DOC and once I met with the ladies of Cheeky Glam I still wasnt totally sure but I booked them anyway. At my event I was so very happy that I did! They were so helpful and took care of some the details that my maitre' d had forgotten. Even my guests commented on how helpful they were. I look forward to working with them in the future.
Heather and Jamie might just be god's gift to the OCD bride! I had over 200 tiny details in my wedding and they executed everything flawlessly, not only that but from the day that I met them they became my support system throughout the planning process... they were there through every snag and awesome moment in the process from helping me when my photographer cancelled, to being there to appreciate everyone of my DIY projects...they knew me, and knew what mattered to me and THAT is why they were so amazing on the day of the wedding. Every detail was executed flawlessly and to my EXACT specifications (and trust me, I was very very specific). I went back and forth a lot about whether to hire a Day of Coordinator for my wedding. A lot of people told me it wasn’t necessary and plenty of people have beautiful smooth weddings without them. However, I worked very hard on planning my wedding and had a LOT of details planned for the big day, and I wanted to be absolutely sure everything went off without a hitch. I wanted not only myself to completely enjoy my wedding day, but I wanted my mother, father, sisters and bridal party to enjoy themselves as well, and not each have a task list to worry about the day of. So with about 1 month to go until my wedding, I booked Heather and Jamie at Cheeky Glam. It was one of the BEST decisions I made for my wedding day! From the moment I booked, they were so responsive to every little question I had. They made TONS of great suggestions about how to do certain things from how long the tails on the bows of the programs should be (lol!), how to handle certain issues with other vendors and even the surprise presentation of my sister’s gift to me during her speech! They worked with my mom and sister to keep it a secret to me and suggested when to present it, and it became one of the most memorable moments of the evening! The day of, from the moment they arrived it was clear we needed them! When it was time to tie my corset back, my sisters looked at each other dumbfounded, and there was Jamie to do it! And Heather applied my cathedral veil, as well as my blusher at the church (and removed it very sneakily during the receiving line!). I mean I could go on and on about every little detail I asked them to take care of, which they did beautifully (and ALWAYS with a big smile!) and even went out and ran a few unexpected errands for us as well! If something went wrong that day, I to this day still have NO idea as I believe my wedding was PERFECTION. I know I owe a lot of that to Heather and Jamie, who in the process became like my best girl friends who genuinely care about your happiness. They are so professional, know the business well and go above and beyond on your day to make it special for you. They are SO worth the investment!!

What can I say about my fairy godmothers, Heather and Jamie? They are fantastic in every way possible. I was unsure of the whole "wedding coordinator" thing from the beginning. I thought that as long as I was organized from the get go, there would be no need for any assistance the day of. After doing some research and finding some extra money in my budget, I decided to contact the lovely ladies of Cheeky Glam. I had read rav reviews about them on many wedding sites and was sure that they were the girls for me! Being as though I hadnt originally believed I needed them, I contacted them about 7 weeks before my wedding, praying that they weren't already booked and luck was in my corner because they were available. We met and I gave them a deposit check right on the spot! They were a breath of fresh air in the bridal industry -- real down to earth people, with great senses of humor, and a true desire to help the bride in any way possible. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did -- from answering tons of my random emails asking silly questions to making sure the day of went smoothly without a hiccup. From a self diagnosed OCD bride, there were so many things that I did not even consider which would have gone unaddressed without Cheeky. They ensured the perfect set up of all my vendors, packed up all my belongings at the end of the night, and even delivered everything to my hotel suite on a luggage cart! Throughout the evening, they addressed any issues, which til this day, I don't know if there were any because I never heard about them! I don't want to ramble on, so in closing, hiring Cheeky Glam was by far the best decision I made. I couldnt imagine my wedding without them there and am eternally grateful for all they did. Great Job! So on point, the best vendor I had, I would recommend to everyone. They had everything covered, from must take photos, confirming appointments, and keeping everyone on schedule. They were there for us all night, whatever we needed and went above and beyond! Love them!
My husband and I booked Heather & Jamie of Cheeky Glam after we had the majority of our major vendors booked. He wasn’t exactly sure that we needed Day of Coordinators. I knew we needed them. Almost seven years ago my mom died and the two and half years after my mom died, my step mom died. Having no support from a female definitely makes more challenging. I was blessed with an extremely helpful and proactive fiance but there are things you just need a female for. We met with them and booked them on the spot. They were both very responsive to emails and calls during the process. They gave suggestions and followed up with where we were at with all the little details and DIY projects that I took on. Heather & Jamie both came to my final fitting at the salon. That was extremely helpful because each time I went for a fitting a different person came with me. The final time was the most important because they were there to help me get into my dress and all the little things that went along with it. They also contacted the reception hall for us and cleared up an issue that we were having with them.
The day of the wedding they were both very helpful. There are so many behind the scenes things that may go wrong that you wouldn’t even think about. They smoothed everything out from dealing with missing flowers, family drama, and fixing my hair. They steamed my satin dress to perfection throughout the night. Thank goodness they had that because posing in the photos before the wedding created many creases in my dress. We paid for our whole wedding ourselves and couldn’t afford any “extra” expenses. Cheeky Glam was far from that. We definitely needed them. Some people say that you have a Maitre’ D and Bridal attendants for the day of, but they don’t do what Cheeky does. On such a special day for us we preferred to have people there who knew us and knew our situation, who had a worksheet of all our concerns about the wedding, vendors, and anything else. Things that you cant tell complete strangers the day of your wedding and expect them to take care of. Cheeky Glam made the end of the night a breeze, everything was packed up in boxes and they helped bring it to the car.
These two ladies are a great partnership and though they are in the beginning stages of their company they are sure to succeed and get even better at what they do. We referred to them as “Wedding Angels from Heaven.”
My sister got married this weekend (3/4/2012), and she had hired this organization there to help make sure that everything went to plan and smooth on my sisters wedding day. I must say I have never seen my sister happier on her day, and she had absolutely no stress due to the "day of coordinates" making sure everything was on time. They were not only very efficient, but very easy to talk with and always pleasant! They made sure everything happened the way it was intended too, and could not thank them enough for the help with the day. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with any type of event.
Like many other brides I am very organized and like to have things a certain way and have always prided myself on being a great planner.
I decided against having a coordinator until January rolled around and the majority of my stuff was taken care of. I met with Jamie and she confirmed for me at our meeting why I was hiring them. I know I am organized, I know I could do everything my self, I know I could run around on my wedding day to make sure we left places on time, I know I could ask someone to hand out bubbles and programs and to wrap up my cake and gather my belongings---but ya know what--it was my wedding.
Why should I have to worry about that?? It's not a matter of if you can or can't do the stuff that these girls can do---it's a matter of SHOULD you be doing that stuff on your wedding day. And I assure you that as your day gets closer the list of things that you want taken care of and don't want to even think about on your wedding day gets very very long.
I cannot even write enough good things about what Jamie and Heather did. They coordinated EVERYTHING. I never once had to think. In the hotel if the phone rang they answered it, they counted the bouquets, they called the limo company to find out if they got the guys, they handed out programs and bubbles and organized the receiving line and music at the church --they set up my seating cards and photographs like I wanted, they executed every detail with my catering hall manager and got in touch with all my vendors before the wedding to confirm everything. My florist was setting up and didn't setup candles on the table like they were supposed to but Heather remembered I specifically told her about them---and she made him do it even though he said it wasn't on his contract.
They were always one step away from me to give my lip gloss, touch up my makeup, get someone to get me or my husband a drink, bustle my dress and fix my hair. I never questioned whether I would be happy I went with Cheeky Glam but the real reassuring thing came when my mother RAVED about them.
My mother thought getting DOC's would be a waste of money and said everything they would do was the job of the catering hall and photographer and she couldn't understand why I would want to throw money away. Let me tell you my mom could not say enough nice things about these girls.
She said that they were were the reason my wedding went flawless. My mom forgot her earring at the hotel and she told me later that she had mentioned it to one of my sisters or someone in the bridal party and without hesitation heather or Jamie (I forget which one! I think Jamie) called the hotel (argued with the manager to let my moms friend in her room) and sure enough my moms earrings were on their way to the wedding.
I really don't even feel like this review does Cheeky Glam any justice and I could go on and on about them for hours. Literally every single tiny detail (and I gave them a typed out printed 5 page list of what I wanted taken care of) got done.
Like I said it's not a matter of if you are capable of doing what they do--but why should you have to worry about this stuff on your wedding day? Peace of mind is an understatement for what these girls gave me on my...
I am a very organized and anal person, especially when it came to planning my wedding so I wasn’t sure if I really needed to hire a Day of Coordinator. I did a little research and my mom convinced me that it was worth looking into so I didn’t have to bother any of my BM’s with the responsibility of making sure things were done correctly or fixing problems for me and I definitely didn’t want to be the one to have to worry about those things on my big day, even though the RH offered a bridal attendant that would be there to help me out. I met with Heather and Jamie of Cheeky Glam with a long list of questions on what they could do for me that day and I also went to the meeting looking to see what they would offer so I could see for myself if they were worth it. Not only did they answer my questions, without having me ask them to them directly, but they also showed me other things that their service provided that I wasn’t even thinking of. I booked with them on the spot for 12 hours and didn’t look back and now that the wedding is over I seriously don’t know what I would have done without their help that day. Even though I did the planning on my own, Cheeky Glam helped everything come together smoothly and effortlessly so that I didn’t have to think or worry about a single thing that day.
Prior to the wedding, they helped me book some vendors that I didn’t finalize yet and even provided help with negotiations and pricing advice. They checked in with me often to make sure I was doing OK throughout the planning process and asked if I needed any help, despite the face that I only booked them to help me on the wedding day and nothing else. Cheeky put together a solid, realistic timeline for the big day that made a lot more sense than what I thought was the timeline for the day and even gave me a tipping guideline sheet so I didn’t have to figure out how much to give each of my vendors at the end of the wedding. My fabulous DOC's took copies of the contracts for my vendors and confirmed with them a week prior to the wedding the time of arrival and the services we were getting with each vendor to make sure everything would be set for the big day.
Heather and Jamie came to the hotel to help me get ready and helped me bustle my gown, which is actually really hard to do for someone who doesn’t do this on a regular basis!! They made sure my must take pictures were taken and made sure we were out the door on time for the church. Once we were all set in church, and they calmed me down from my crying outbreak right before I walked down the aisle and fixed my makeup, the ladies made sure that everyone had tissues before we began and placed them in the pews for the Mom’s and BP. Jamie even explained to my dad how to place the blusher when he lifted it at the end of the aisle since it’s very easy for it to get stuck and just lay at the top of the brides head without being flattened out and who wants to be looking at pictures with a poofy blusher on your head? I would have never even thought to tell my dad this!! After they set me up to walk down the aisle, the girls ran to pick up my Groom’s cake at the bakery for me and were back in time to figure out that I needed batteries for my bubble guns and went out to get them too!! Then they organized the receiving line and kept it moving so we could do pictures before we went over to the reception hall.
We started pictures when we got to the WCC and Cheeky went to go make sure that everything was in order and things were set up as I requested. The MD had a few questions for me about things that they were able to handle for me. They only bothered me for important things which helped a lot so we could get all the pictures in before the CH. During the CH we had some food in the bridal suite and the girls helped me fix my hair and makeup before I went out to the crowd. As that was happening, the groom noticed that WCC didn’t have his bacon wrapped scallops out with the other food yes, which was written clearly on the contract. The bridal attendant overheard it and told us they didn’t make them and I explained there would be a big problem if they didn’t have them since it was the first question we asked when we visited the RH’s during the planning and they assured us it would be done and the BM even confirmed them during our final meeting. In swoops Cheeky Glam to handle the situation with the MD and the chef at the WCC so I didn’t have to get upset or aggravated about it and we had the scallops to us during the CH.
Cheeky helped get everyone organized for the intros and made sure everything ran smoothly. While we were partying away, the ladies helped me out by attaching the favor tags to my favor bags. I wasn’t able to do this earlier because I didn’t receive them before I had to drop my boxes off at the RH so Cheeky graciously told me that they would do this that night.
I gave the DOC’s a list of all the tips I set up in envelopes and some final payments and they took care of them for me at the end of the night, which was another huge time saver.. especially since time flew by that evening and I still didn’t get to talk to everyone that came to the wedding!
At the end of the night Cheeky packed up all of the boxes with the decorations from the RH and all our personal belongings and took them back to the hotel room for us, while we stayed for the VH. It was awesome to be able to leave there without worrying about how the 15 boxes were coming back with me, while I was in my wedding gown and how they would get upstairs from the car.
The most important part of my review of Cheeky was not on the day of my wedding, but it actually came after the wedding. As incredible as they were at the wedding, Cheeky Glam Events continued to work for me until about 4 weeks after my wedding to fix some very serious issues I had with my DJ that night. I expressed my frustration with the poor service I got from the DJ that I got that evening with the DJ, but also with Cheeky and the MD at the RH during my VH and they told me to enjoy the rest of the evening and that they would help me handle the problems the next day. I was in contact with Cheeky the next day before I left for my HM and explained everything that went wrong and how upset I was that I would have to relive the mess ups every time I watched my expensive wedding video in years to come and they worked to correct the problem with the DJ company. It was not easy getting in touch with the owner and then went through tons of back and forth with the company and they were able to resolve the problem without me having to go in to the office and get stressed out and even more upset over what happened. I cannot tell you how much time and energy they saved me and made me sooooo happy. They went above and beyond what I was expecting them to do for me before, during and especially after my wedding day and for that I am eternally grateful to them for their service and do not know what I would have done without them!!!
My daughter got married on 1/28/12 and used Cheeky Glam. My daughter is a very organized person and had everything for the wedding under total control.
I met Jamie and Heather at the final meeting the week before the wedding. When I tell you my stress level at this time before the meeting was extremely high. We sat at the meeting going over all the details of the wedding (timeline, tips, placecards, favors, list of pictures to be taken during the day, just to name a few things!) and the stress started going away! I knew within five minutes of the meeting that my daughter had picked the best! The week after the wedding, they confirmed all details with all the booked vendors.
These ladies arrived the day of the wedding and everything just ran beautifully and smoothly because of their tender loving care. They kept us on schedule and calm. Everytime we had a question, dress issue or hair issue they were right there with their expertise and bag of tricks to help.
I really cannot have gotten through the wedding day without these two girls!
They are organized, professional, pleasant and worth every penny! We were all able to enjoy this special day because we knew that Heather and Jamie had everything under control!

Heather and Jamie are angels from heaven! From our very first meeting to the night of our wedding they were professional, trusting and sooo much fun! Each time I sent an email, I recieved a reponse VERY shortly after! The week of our wedding, we were in constant communication, even over the silliest question or thought I had! There was an issue with our Unity and Memorial Candles not getting to us; they handled it ALL!! They contacted a vendor with the specific wording and designs we wanted and it was overnighted to us for our big day! We got them 3 hours before I walked down the aisle....they totally saved the day! I am sooo happy with their services; they handled every single detail, kept track of our time and everything ran so smoothly! I couldn't have asked for better people to handle our wedding.....I would have been lost without their assistance! I love these girls.....and I have gained two more wonderful friends!! Greg and I thank you to the moon and back!!!!
There are two words that come to mind when I think of Cheeky Glam! THANK GOD! If it wasn't for these girls my wedding day would not only went as smoothly as it did, but I surely wouldn't have been able to enjoy it the way I did. Cheeky glam went above and beyond from the day I met them. They not only took the stress out of planning for me, but also took the stress out of the day. These girls were by far my favorite vendor during my entire wedding. If you haven't already booked these girls for your wedding you need to! These amazing goddesses were my saviors. My two wedding fairies that made my life a million times easier and less stressful which allowed my fiancé and I to enjoy the happier moments of planning. You name it they did it! From making us laugh and relax with ease at our first meeting to fighting with vendors who otherwise would have ripped us off to helping terrible replace vendors with phenomenal ones with just days until our wedding they did it... All with confidence, encouragement and huge smiles! They planned out an exact time line of my day and made sure everyone- vendors, bridal party and ourselves alike stuck to it. In short miracles were worked. Above all else these talented pro's literally became like family to me!- to US! Everyone in the bridal party raved even the hard to please ones. My husband could not understand why we needed day of coordinators, but once we sat down with Cheeky Glam he got it! They were the best money that I could have spent, and were worth every cent, plus some! Any time I had any question they were never more than an e-mail away, which always took a day or less to get an answer. Their energy and resources were fantastic, and I was so happy to have them the day of my wedding. They showed on time and with the game plan all set, and were there with anything that I needed. My mom who is a control freak was actually able to let go and hand over the reigns to cheeky glam, and she was able to actually enjoy the wedding with everyone else. I could enjoy my entire day and did not have one single worry because they worried for me...and anything that went wrong I didn't even know about until the end of the evening...or until it was absolutely necessary for me to know. Everyone who met them could not stop talking about how great they were and I really do not have enough words to thank them for all that they have done. If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would, because they deserve above and beyond!
At first I thought I could do it all on my own and as the wedding got closer I was starting to stress out a alot...I priced some DOC's and they were so over priced that I actually gave up hope then I was hearing great things about Cheeky Glam and I met with them with my maid of honor and I hired them on the spot.
My husband didn't think it was necessary and now till this day he says they were the best decision I had made! From the moment I hired them they were there for me with everything and not to mention they are very reasonable...if you ask me I think they are too resaonable for all that they do they should charge more.
I had a few mishaps with getting dirty and they were there and cleaned my gown like new. The florist was running late due to my hall and they stepped in and helped them set up! They made sure the room was how I invisioned it and made sure everything was perfect!
I seriously would have been lost with out them and i am so happy with my decision to hire them. I think if I didn't have them i would have had multiple meltdowns before and during.
They packed everything and took it to our hotel room and made sure we received everything back
What touched my heart was how they left us a beautiful card with champagne for our wedding night...who does that..not many people thats for sure.
I love these girls and they made my wedding day perfect and I wouldnt have changed a thing!!

A little over a week before my wedding, I lost it! I was hysterical crying, overly stressed and just didn't know how my wedding was going to happen the way I wanted it to. I felt like I was in over my head and needed help big time! I contacted Cheeky Glam and they got back to me right away and completely calmed me down. Even before we met, and before I hired them, they really stepped in and helped me out. I wasn't sitting with them for more than 5 minutes before I knew they had to be a part of my wedding day.
Now, the day before my wedding, my stationary wasn't done. I was completely freaking. The hall wanted it a week in advance and I didnt have it. The girls stepped in, went to the person who was doing it, picked it up, dropped it off.
My florist didn't show up until like 10 minutes before my ceremony; they kept me calm and made sure that everything was taken care of. The banquet manager and bartender would not give my bridesmaids any more champagne. H&J stepped right in and made sure they got it. After they talked to the bartender, honestly the bartender did whatever my guests wanted. Also I had Sparky the mascot for the Islanders come to surprise my husband for his birthday and I was terrified no one would be in the lobby for him. The girls knew what time he was coming and made sure to be out in the lobby waiting for him and really helped me surprise my hubby.
Honestly, I would never have been able to enjoy my day the way I did without Cheeky Glam. They are the perfect match of sweet and assertive to make sure everything gets done. Thank you so much...
I've had the opportunity to work with theses girls on a few weddings and all I can say is wow! Not only are they bubbly and sweet but they add a great sense of style and life to any occasion. They really help the bride relax about the minor details so they can enjoy their day...that makes my job easier ;)

I think being a videographer during such an important day as a wedding that I can truly say their are bridezilla's in the world. But most of the time the brides behave this way because they are never truly prepared for such a stressful day while also being the center of attention for 12 hours. After meeting Heather and Jamie about two years ago or more on a gig I can tell you that not only are they beautiful, charming, and a pleasure to be around for 12 hours but they also understand everything about a particular client. It is amazing to show up on a day and have these girls available for anything and everything that is thrown their way.
