Eric at Chef Du Jour Catering makes truly AMAZING food!!! I can not thank you enough for all that you did for us to make our wedding special. Not only was the food to die for, but Eric also helped me set up my candy buffet. He had all of these beautiful jars and bowls for candy and made my buffet so beautiful. I do not live in the area but if I ever need an event catered in Portland again, you will be who I call. Thank you so much!!!

We are so happy with Chef Du Jour! They did such a great job catering our wedding. Eric was so professional and responsive to all my questions and made our wedding day such a success! The catering staff were SO nice, always asking if we needed anything and confirming everything to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The food was great, we got a lot of compliments on it, and the dinner portion of the reception could not have gone better thanks to their awesome staff. I would recommend them to any future bride and groom, thanks Eric!!

Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience with Chef du Jour Catering. They were extremely helpful and flexible and allowed me to create a menu that fit our budget! They were slow to respond to emails, but you have to forgive that... they aren't exactly sitting at the desk all day. Some of the guests said the food was cold, but everyone said it tasted amazing!

Chef du Jour catered my wedding in Albany and did an amazing job. The food was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Eric at Chef du Jour was great. We got numerous compliments on the food from our guests. We did family-style dinner, which was something rather new for them. And the food was delicious! We had the beef tips, which were amazingly tender, the garlic mashed potatoes, which everyone raved about; green beans, salmon and a spinach salad. They were great about changing sauces or adding things to meet our needs. The servers were all very professional and everything went very smoothly. the only problem was they forgot our two vegetarian meals, but we had enough sides that it was okay. I would recommend them highly.

I have very mixed feeling about my experience here. The food was fantastic! But they ran out of food which is pretty unforgivable. Eric handled everything very professionally but for the amount we were paying per plate their should have been NO food shortage! Also some service issues when Eric was not there.

Eric was so easy to work with, the tasting session, as well as the wedding dinner was FANTASTIC, and his crew was professional, yet fun to be around. Excellent service, I'm giving him and his crew 5 stars!!
