Chef Paul's is one of the best catering companies I've worked with yet. They catered a friend of mine's wedding and the food was delicious. When it came time to plan on my own wedding, I called Chef Paul. Ginger was a pleasure to work with. Not only was she fast with responses, she really took the time to cater the menu to us and what we were looking for, and within our budget. We ended up going with a venue that provided in house catering, but after a change in management and a price increase, we went back to Chef Paul in case we had to find a new caterer.
Again, they took the time to provide us with an updated and enormous menu with a variety of choices within our budget, and excellent customer service. Because we couldn't find another venue with our same date that allowed outside catering, we ended up going to a different one that also comes with an in house caterer, and will not be using Chef Paul for our catering needs. We will, however, be using them for our delicious wedding cake. If I had to do this all over again, Chef Paul would be the first and only place I would go. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for great food and great service.

WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Menus-Chef Paul Catering creates all of our dishes from scratch using the freshest of ingredients. We even bake all of our pastries and breads in house. Please call us with your party date , time, number of guests, location, budget, and preferences and we will put together custom menu options for your event.
Presentation-You are a unique individual and any event you host should reflect that. We work closely with our clients to gather a knowledge of their style, color scheme, and any special decorations they are providing so we can help create the party of their dreams. All platters are decorated with fresh flowers or thematic decorations. All plated dinners are beautifully decorated with edible garnishes.
Tastings-If you would like to taste the quality of our food please call to schedule an appointment. We require one week advance notice. There will be a nominal fee for this service based on the items you have chosen to taste. If you are planning a wedding or large event, a tasting of your full menu is included in the charge and will be provided on appointment after you have put down your deposit.
Locations-We cater in any location, from your home kitchen to a tent in a remote garden. We can transform any location to a magical party location. If you are looking for a banquet hall to house your event please visit our website for our current listing. Our showroom is available at no charge for events smaller than 50 guests.
Rentals-We can provide luxurious tents, tables, chairs, linens, portable toilets, and much, much more for your next event.
Waitstaff and Bartenders-We have professional, friendly, and capable waitstaff available. Our staff comes dressed in tuxedo style uniforms or themed uniforms on request. Experienced bartenders are also available for your event needs.
Beverage Service-We will set up the bar and provide bartenders as well as all necessary bar equipment. We will provide you with recommended quantities of beverages to purchase but we do not sell alcoholic beverages for off premise events. Our staff, however, is trained and insured to serve alcohol.
DROP OFF CATERING
Party Trays and Light Buffets– We have a large selection of party trays and light buffets for any occasion. All of our party trays are served beautifully arranged and garnished with fresh flowers.
Box Lunches-We have a large variety of box lunches to suit any taste. Because we make everything from scratch, we do have a minimum order of 10 of any one type of box lunch.
Drop Off and Budget Service Events-To save a considerable amount on your event without sacrificing the quality of the food please consider our hot drop off and budget Service offerings. We will drop off your meal along with servingware hot and ready to eat.
CUSTOM CAKES
Let us prepare your next birthday, wedding, or special occasion cake. All cakes are made from scratch in our kitchen and decorated entirely to your specifications.
SHOWCASE DINNERS
Make a reservation for one of our monthly “Showcase Dinners”. These dinners will showcase the food, service, and décor available for your special event. They are a unique alternative to dinner out on a Friday night. The themes and menus will be posted on our website. Please call for reservations.
Hours: We are open by appointment only and are available by phone Tuesday through Friday 10AM-6PM. This gives us the flexibility to make visits to your event site or schedule event tastings on your time.
