We worked with both Karen Winters and Steven Sun. As I was planning my wedding from Florida, I wasn’t able to actually meet with them and had to rely heavily on email communication. They made the process very easy – they responded to my questions quickly, were clear and upfront about pricing, and put me at ease when they informed me they had worked with the Queen Mary a lot and knew their way around. I even paid with convenient Google checkout!

Chiavari Chair Rentals did a fabulous job at my wedding. I rented more than 200 gold chiavari chairs from them and also 10 pink uplights. They had all the chairs set up on thursday when the wedding was on sunday, so i was able to get a glimpse at it before anyone! These chairs really made a difference. They gave the banquet room a 360 degrees makeover. It made the reception 100x more elegant and beautiful. The uplighting was the perfect color. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner Steven. He was easy to communicate with and always flexible.

some rental companies would quote their clients low per chair prices, but built back in the difference in their pickup/delivery fees. this company doesn't do that! the quote was the best i could find, the shipping rate was flexible, and even the contract itself was flexible! i was still able to change the number of chairs i wanted 4 days before the wedding without any penalty fees or commitment problems! the owner, Steven, was extremely nice and patient, I would recommend this company to everyone!

Price wise, I was super pleased with Chiavari Chair Rentals. I shopped around and compared, and found the best deal- $6 per chair (which included chair + cushion) via this company. I asked how we could save,and they offered to waive the $100 delivery fee if we paid in full up front, which we happily did.

I dealt via email with Steven Sun, who was very helpful. I tried calling several times, and it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone. I was interested in possibly renting organza for the chairs or a topper for the tables, but I wanted to go to the warehouse and see these items in person. Coordinating a time/date that someone would be available in the warehouse was quite difficult, as the employees are out on the weekends working events.

Overall, my experience was super positive. Everything went well with the delivery and pick up.
