I found Erika from Chicsugars online, after searching for great work and a good price. I was ready to give up on trying to get a Police Car Cake for my FI for our rehearsal dinner, but after a quick response to my request for it, I knew I wanted to work with Erika. We never talked on the phone just communicated by email and I felt so comfortable and knew it was going to turn out great.
He was so shocked when the cake came out and I loved every minute of it!
It look fabulous and tasted awesome!

Erika created an incredibly beautiful cake for my college graduation party. I asked for a Bloomie's shopping bag paired with a Christian Louboutin shoe box. Both of the cakes were amazingly detail oriented, right down to the women's size 8 on the side of the shoe box. The guests were completely in awe and took pictures of the cakes all night long. Not to mention that both cakes tasted out of this world (the chocolate cake with Oreo filling was down right addicting). Thank you so much, Chic Sugars!
