Chrisondra Boyd

Chrisondra Boyd was hired to apply my makeup and style my hair on my wedding day, and I am more than satisfied with the service that I received. Chrisondra came to our hotel and was professional, friendly, and dependable. She was also attentive, enjoyable, and she really put myself and the rest of my wedding party at ease. I was lucky enough to have a flawless wedding, and hair & makeup was no exception. My hair and makeup looked stunning, elegant and graceful, and it helped to complete the "princess" ensemble on my special day. Thank you Chrisondra, you have my highest gratitude and recommendation.

I must say, Chrisondra made my wedding day absolutely beautiful . . . literally. It all started with the consultation. I met Chrisondra and laid out my vision for my "look" for the big day. She was extremely receptive and very helpful about making sure what I wanted actually worked for my natural features. Chrisondra then put her talent to work and applied the makeup. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and thought, "Wow, that's it." Chrisondra had the job from that moment. We proceeded to discuss the details. I let her know my bridal party included nine bridesmaids. I also informed her that she would be doing both my mother and future mother-in-law's makeup. Shortly after the consult, we discussed costs and a couple months later Chrisondra arrived in Miami from Chicago (on time of course) and was ready to do her magic.

Everything went seemlessly on the day of the ceremony. And I didn't have to do anything. Chrisondra was very professional and low maintenance. When she arrived, she spoke with my maid-of-honor and they scheduled appointments for the bridesmaids and mothers. Their plan worked like clockwork. Honestly, in hindsight it appears that it all happened in a flash. Chrisondra made up eleven women--some of whom never wear make up at all--without incident. I didn't even know where or when it all went on. All I know is by the time Chrisondra got to me (the twelth face for the day), I felt like the only client she had had all day. Chrisondra was very cool, calm and refreshed. Most of all, when she was done I thought I looked beautiful and was excited to be on time to my four o'clock wedding. When I arrived at the church, my bridesmaids greeted me and they all looked gorgeous. My older brother (those of you who have one will be able to appreciate the gravity of this) could not stop saying, "Girl, you are so pretty." But what really mattered was what that handsome man waiting at the front of the church would think about how I looked. As I walked down the aisle, I could see he was in tears. After the ceremony, he said, "You're beautiful." And still to this day, he says "[Chrisondra made] my wife look more beautiful than ever." I could not have said it better. I give Chrisondra five stars!!
