Chrisrial & Co. Fine Jewelry

My husband bought my engagement ring at Chrisrial & Co. in Keene, NH. All of the employees are always very nice, professional, and helpful. My only complaint was during the initial ring sizing a prong came loose and their jeweler was only there on Fridays so I had to wait a week to get it fixed and I was stressed that my new diamond would fall out. Thankfully it didn't and they fixed it and we've had no other issues. The ring is gorgeous as is all the other jewelry they have in the store. They are also able to order other products if needed.

Love this place! Paula and Donna were very helpful in helping my husband and I find our rings! Paula was very responsive via email and kept me in the loop with our order and pricing etc. Donna stayed late one night so I could get my ring cleaned the week before the wedding...with a crazy schedule it was so helpful to have such understanding and helpful staff!

My husband and I LOVE our rings, they're beautiful and exactly what we hoped they would be! Would definitely recommend Chrisrial to anybody that's getting married.

I purchased my diamond for my engagement ring, mand both our wedding bands here. I was thrilled with the level of service they provided. The two co-owners, Airial and Chrissy were both incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They both were married within the last couple of years, and were alwys willing to offer advice about their weddings if I asked for it.
I brought in a fake diamond band I had purchased from a retail shop. They were able to relpicate it EXACTLY in real diamonds for my wedding band. Chrissy offered to stay open late so that I could pick up my bands the day thay came in since she knew I couldnt wait another day for them! :)
The best part is that they allowed me to borrow jewelery for my wedding from the store! I was dripping in borrowed diamonds (earrings and bracelet) for the wedding. talk about a great something borrowed!
I felt so much more confident in the service in this store than any other large chain out there.

Chirsrial is the easiest jeweler to work with. Between their knowledge and customer services, any of your jewelry or gift needs can be easily met with them. I highly recommend that you head in to one of their stores and experience for your self what a store with great customer service is like. I don't think there is anything better
