I’m sure everyone knows how important the photographer is when it comes to your wedding day - you’ll be looking back on the pictures for the rest of your life. With that in mind, I can't say enough good things about Christine. She takes the most beautiful pictures and she’s such a nice person :) We just got our album and I haven't been able to stop looking at it - the pictures are beyond beautiful and we've gotten tons of compliments - it's obvious by looking at the pictures how much pride she takes in her work and how much time and effort she puts into making the photos gorgeous! She made great suggestions when we were putting together the album and has a very artistic eye. And probably just as important, she is incredibly sweet and very professional. She is very responsive and returns emails in a snap. When you look back on all the pictures once she’s done working on them, you’ll think “wow, I don’t remember our wedding being that beautiful!” I would highly recommend making her a part of your wedding family, you’ll be more than happy with your decision :)

Selecting a photographer who will set your mind at ease during one of the most stressful times of your life is of vital importance. I hired Christine Marie to do our Engagement and Wedding photos while I was living in another state. She was quick to respond to every inquiry I had through prompt e-mails and phone calls and accommodated all of my needs. The quality of her service surpasses others because she goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a true professional artist who brings out your inner beauty and who captures moments like no other. She is exceptionally creative, especially with selecting backgrounds for photos. I put all of my trust in Christine to be our photographer and I was not disappointed. She is very flexible and is such a sweet person to work with. You will absolutely not regret hiring her on because she is worth the investment!

Yeah, it's supposed to be all about seeing family & friends, but as the wedding approached the weirdest words came out of my mouth: "I'm excited to see our photographer again!" But Christine Marie is that great.

First of all, Christine's photos of us were stunning. We still go back to our engagement book and marvel at the artistry (and how good she made us look!). We've just gotten our wedding photos & are just as thrilled - no idea how we'll narrow them down.

Beyond the final photo quality, working with Christine was both easy and fun. She's very client-focused, protective of us as the couple, and really gets to know you so she understands how to bring out your best. She also got to know the "intricacies" of our complex families, etc., so she knew how to operate really effectively & kept us safe from possible drama on the big day. As an amateur photographer, I marveled at her eye, how well she knew her craft and how she could see things in a setting nobody would ever expect.

Frankly, all of our friends our jealous of our pics & we can't recommend Christine Marie highly enough!

Wow! Christine Marie takes the most amazing photos. She is not just a photographer but an artist. Our engagement photo book doubled as our guest book at our wedding. Our guests were blown away by the book....as were we! And she took so many amazing photos at our ceremony and reception I just don't know how we will ever narrow it down in order to create our wedding album.

Christine Marie was completely professional every time we met with her and when shooting our pictures, she made it fun and adventurous. Never have I had so much fun having pictures taken of me. Not only that, she also brought out the VERY photogenic side of my husband. He looked incredible! She is very methodical and efficient when working but always looking for a creative angle or perfect natural lighting opportunity.

I would recommend Christine Marie to all my friends who are getting married. She is extremely professional, yet friendly, enthusiastic and easy to work with - not to mention that her photos are great. Her energy helped us enjoy every minute of it and her organization got us through all of the photos on-time (which was really important to us - we wanted to enjoy our own cocktail hour!). I also appreciated that she didn't push a package on us that included an album - she was open to letting us work that out after the wedding, and didn't seem to mind if we had decided to forgo an album altogether. That was really key for me - even though I plan on buying an album, I really appreciate not feeling pressured into it as I did when interviewing many other photographers.

Words can't express how happy we are with our wedding photographs. Christine is an amazing photographer who captured our day beautifully. There are a lot of choices in Southern California for wedding photographers and we are grateful to have found Christine Marie Photography.

My pictures are absolutely stunning! I get several compliments on them every day and I couldn’t be happier with them. Christine has a great personality and was a joy to work with on the day of. She is also easily reachable by email and phone and met with us several times to go over details. She has quite the eye for details and pretty shots and I’m so happy we went with her.
The only complaint I have is that on the day of she had the wrong family list (I had met with her the week prior and we had painstakingly gone over the family shot list) and we didn’t get all the right pictures, but honestly, we’re only missing a few. We also ran out of time in the group pictures and missed some that I had on my must-take list.
However, that being said, I’m still thrilled that we went with her because my pictures are gorgeous!

Such a favorite and for good reason too! We loved our pictures and she was so awesome on the day of as well. I really can't say anything that hasn't been said about her already. We LOVED her! She does book up fast though.

I'm surprised I'm the first Christine Marie bride posting, because she has a lot of fans over on the Knot!

I was married in June 2006 and we booked Christine over a year in advance. We knew after meeting her that we wanted to book her because she has the most amazing personality--sweet but not fake, confident and professional. We loved her albums. And finally, what sealed the deal was that she understood that we were on a budget and didn't try to push us towards a particular package. My husband (a finance geek) was very very pleased.

The day of the wedding, Christine and her assistant were awesome in directing us and tried their best to keep us on time. They got a lot of wonderful shots, both candid and non. However, there are a few main photos that are missing, including one of my & my grandmother which was on my Must-Take list that I gave to Christine. :(

We got our photos 3 weeks after the wedding. She was awesome--she assembled our proofs asap, so we could pick them up during the 2 days we stopped in LA after our honeymoon and before we made the drive back home to SF.

We were really happy with the majority of the photos. She has a great artistic eye and there were some photos where we were like, "what the? That's our venue? It looks so different!" We got a TON, and I mean a TON, of compliments from family and friends who saw the proofs.

Our album took MUCH longer than anticipated. Christine estimated it would take ~3 weeks to get the draft done--it ended up taking 2 months. It's understandable though because we placed our order in early July (wedding season) and her turnaround time got longer than expected. I was just a little peeved because she didn't set my expectations correctly, but she offered a small discount to the album so that helped. It also helps that the album is *gorgeous*! It's magazine-style and I love every bit of it. I know we'll treasure it forever.

Chistine is awesome! She was wonderful on the day of the wedding. And we *loved* our photos!

Planning: We met with 3 photographers and fell in love with Christines style & personality. Were two people who arent particularly photogenic or comfortable in front of cameras and she absolutely made us feel at ease. She always answered our e-mail questions very quickly (usually within a couple of hours!).

Day Of: Christine and her assistant Bill arrived on time and were shooting non-stop for the next 8 hours. Christine magically turned into the dog whisperer when shooting pictures of my dog. I didnt give her any special instructions but she knows how insane we are about our little Atticus, so she made sure to include him in some pretty important pics.

Actual pictures: Absolutely love them! Do yourself a favor and splurge on photography.

I was so impressed with Christine and her assistant. She arrived early so we could take individual and group shots before the wedding. Christine Marie Photography was truly one of my best vendors. As soon as I looked at her work I knew I had to book her. I want to thank lbcbride for recommending her. If you are looking for a photographer you have to schedule an appointment so you can look at her work. Again, she made our picture's look amazing.
