We had an amazing experience with Christolear. My pictures turned out really good. My album was beautifully designed. We picked the style and pictures and gave them the responsibility of placing them. They were so patient with both me and my husband as well as my wedding party. We were married 4 years ago and still to this day my entire family enjoy getting the album out and looking through it.

The professional quality of the photos was non-existent. We had higher expectations than what they delivered. We could have compiled our friend's and family's photographs and have gotten better photos for free. They missed so many opportunities for wonderful, priceless memories of our wedding and we can never get that back.
Don't make the same mistake, please!

What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We add special Photoshop techniques to your beautiful wedding album upon request at no extra charge.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We are capable of handling almost any lighting conditions. We us the highest quality cameras and lenses that can be shot in very low light.
Is your media preference film or digital?
100% digital. We have never looked back since we switched.
How many photographers do you work with?
2, my wife and myself. You always get 2 photographers, us.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Not on the same day. We sometimes have an event the day before an event or afterward but never the same day. Each event is too important to split.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, if in the event we had an unfortunate accident, we would hire a photographer whom we believe could do you wedding with the quality that we would. This has never hapened before.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We shoot the highest quality Nikon D3 cameras. They are equipped with dual card readers that we use as a backup in case of a rare card failure. Not many camera's can do this.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. we have backups to everything.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have set packages with hours set. We can add as needed.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Only at meal time.
Do you charge for travel?
It depends on the distance.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
600-1000. It could be more if it's an 8 hour event.
It really depends on how much is happening at your wedding and the location.
All of the images are hosted online for family viewing. You get DVD(S) of all of your images from the wedding.
The average wedding is 800 images. Much more than that can get redundant.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?
DVD plus online proofing.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever. I could never imagine deleting a wedding.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but you can print your photos to print as you wish.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
GraphiStudio. The highest quality album on the market. Our prices are the most reasonable of any photographer using these albums in our area.
When will the client get the final album?
Once we finish the design and you approve of the album, YOU choose the photos, I set the initial design and you are allowed unlimited corrections, if any.

Why should I hire a professional photographer? Would you let your auto mechnic perform surgery on you?
We're trained, professional, insured and, this is all we do.
Can't we just make a scrap book of our wedding?
Scrap books are fun to make but longevity is questionable. GraphiStudio (www.graphistudio.com) albums will last your lifetime and beyond.
We could have gone with less expensive albums but we believe that you deserve the best. This is "hopefully" the only time you will get todo this.
Can we trust you?
