I would never recommend their service!!!!

OHHHH WOW.... this company I thought was going to be awesome to work with... well towards the end and the day of our wedding....it ended up to be very poor!!! the girls got picked up and taken to the church when we got into the limo... the driver didn't even help my mother into the hummer! she had to get a hand from someone else... the first words from the driver weren't congratulations... it was so.... are you in charge of the tip or what? being in the service indusstry... you get your tip at the END of your service...not the beginning and you get to base your tip on how well the service was... well according to this company i supposedly signed a contract (inwhich i didn't get a copy of) stating i will pay a 20% tip to the limo driver... the paper i have says the total amount for the rental plus "tip" in words... NOT 20% i think they completely screwed us... this limo driver ended up with a $680.00 tip to do what?? NOTHING BUT DRIVE US AROUND.... I THINK HE SHOULD"VE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THAT MUCH MONEY!!! wow i suggest NOT to go with these people... the way they handled all this was poor... tell me what would you do for a 680 buck tip??!!! i would do a LOT! they were only in it for the money and not to make the guest happy!!

A husband and wife duo run the show here. He is really nice and cuts everyone a deal. She is an absolute nightmare and completely lacks anything that resembles interpersonal communication. She is also incredibly rude. Our driver, the day of, showed up early and was professional and courteous. He was very kind, held doors and was accomodating. I would be hesitant to work with the company again based on the office management. What a nightmare!

They have a great selection - the only thing that was bad, was that the AC in the limo was totally not working. It was pretty bad, we it was a hot day. They were good to work with, but execution was really bad.

We had a big coach bus. It was so nice. With big dresses you don’t want to be bending to get into a limo. We all had lots of room to move around and celebrate.
